sorry to hear mate, however, i dont mean to sound pessimistic here. but you have little to no chance on pressing charges for vandalism. You have no concrete evidence watsoever (or any other evidence for that matter) that he is the culprit, and a judge isnt gonna merely take your word on who you "THINK" did it. as for the damage done by the lawn mower, again its gonna be pretty hard for you to prove that it was his mower that did it. he can argue your simply trying to scam money for repairs for what could be previous damage to ur vehicles. As for the grass in the garage, he can argue the wind merely blew it in seeing how the garage door was open while he was working. So make sure u get enough solid evidence together. P.S, Good man for not taking this matter into your own hands, legal aspect aside, most the people replying tend to forget he actually knows where you and yur family live. Why risk things blowing out of control over a few grand. do the right thing, get enough credible evidence and stick to him in court good luck mate

heres a story that may help you a mate of mine got involved in a 3 vehicle accident. he was deemed at fault and their insurance companies have been chasing him for the money for over a year now. He refuses to pay saying he does not believe he was at fault and that their driver was at fault and he would like his car repaired. He then goes on to tell them regardless of what they may believe, he does not have the money to pay for the costs, so unless they want $20 a week to stop bothering him. each couple of months they call him and tell him to pay less and less just to end this and he still refuses and continues to say that he was not at fault and he wants them to fix his car lol. this bloke obviously took advantage of ur little mishap to fix sum previous damage to his car, so why not f**k them around

reason yours is 3 months and 680$ fine is because ur 30km and over. its when ur 45km and over that its an auto 6 months (including court case) and $1700 fine

yeh u can buy them, apexi make a intake kit, but bit pricey. otherwise u can get one off ebay or ask any exhaust shop to make one up for u . and yeh it flutters when u have a pod at the end of it

course not. but in my circumstance we eliminated the possibility of a boost leark (checked all hoses, intercooler piping etc),then changed the intake pipe to a steel item to illiminate it as being the culprit (by sucking shut),then even changed the turbo actuator. when all those failed, we installed a ebc (was running a turbosmart dual stage boost tap prior) and now she hold boost at 1.3 bar

dude u got a boost leak. i had a similar problem. bought myself an electrnic boost controller and presto, hold boost fine now . why the hell would u change the motor when there appears to be nothing wrong with your current one?

well my biggest concern was the fact the bootlid and rear light didnt line up properly. the car seems to have had a hard life in my opinion. also think bout it, this car has been on the market for that price for a while and is a Vspec11 and has very tasteful mods, yet noone has purchased it. you could be right and it could be something as simple as not being put back on properly, but then again why were they taken off in the first place? and also you willing to bet 49k on that? all im saying is get the car thoroughly looked over by a panelbeater/mechanic.

ive had a look at v-spec2 and honestly it seemed pretty rough to me (front bumper didnt line up perfectly, neither did the rear as well as some other things). hence why, even though its the cheapest vspec2 by far, its still hasnt sold. So, if ur interested in that one i suggest you get it inspected thoroughly. all the best

hey mate, i think u should try PMing moei (aka MRGTR911). Seen his car in person a few times, and it is undoubtedly one of the nicest r34 GTR's going around. He also took a mate of mines brother to his formal in it, so i dont think he would have much of an issue driving around for your wedding (assuming hes available). also met him few days ago at GCG, car sounds pretty damn tuff on idle etc, so im certain it has balls to go with those looks. all the best mate

I was at gcg today getting a quote for a highflow for my r34, Moei brought these turbos in for inspection. The guy at GCG said they seemed to be in very good condition and if i remember correctly said they were not very easy to come by anymre and retail for $3500. :| Good luck with the sale buddy, and thats a very nice looking car you got there , sounds mean as on idle.

radiator? that could be the culprit. get it pressure tested or just swap it over with a mates one (if he has a car similar to urs) and see how u go
