  2. Hi Scott, Yes coilovers are allways going to be firmer than the standard setup. Thats the entire idea of them to firm up the ride and make it handle better. As for softening your ride. Maybe just go back to stock struts and sell your coils. Or do a trade with some one after some coils for their stock struts +cash your way!
  3. skidkid, I used a variety of rope and a bike tube to provide friction so that the entire system tightened on itself. Search my thread about timining belts and theirs a link to a timing belt change to think it was an rb30 and it has the rope setup. EDIT!: here you go: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Ti...mp;hl=bike+tube
  4. About 10 mins ago: pulled up at intersection at glynburn rd and Kensington road. Blue R34 99% sure it was GTR (due to brembos and kit and bayside blue). Had nice A pillar gauge setup with an e boost 2 in one of them. Nice controller placement ... Most importantly it was being driven by a very attractive blonde female, had a cute passanger on board too Also looked at me when they pulled up asif they knew what a Stag was aswell! anyone from here.

  11. I dont quiet get why people want to remove the speed cut on their cars..... 180 is plenty fast enough as it is(havnt even hid speed cut in mine) . Plus its bad to push it that hard and spin out top gear. Isnt it all about how fast and how much it throws you back into your seat...
  12. Theirs are now sold. Gone to a good home, Cheers Nigel!
  13. Lol he was saying that cos they were his oldones.... What do you mean by the zhorst? PS these are SOLD.
  14. passenger footwell behing kick panel on the left. theirs a flare mount on the plastic piece you have to remove. Think its one 10mm plastic nut thing then just some clips
  15. Sorry, No Pics of the coilovers out of the car until some time tomorrow. Cheers, Chris
  16. Modified Ohlins suspension from R33 to fit Stagea RS4 S1 or S2 Has bottom eye mount points on all 4 corners. Fit to a Stagea (auto) easy (easy swap to do with jack/hoist). Replacing Ohlins with different gabwagon adjustable suspension not coilovers. The Ohlins are in good condition. I won't say excellent. They don't leak, but are fairly filthy with road grime. $500 (not inc postage) prefer local pickup/meetup On car:

Dont worry, We'll be stopping of at supercheap, repco ect ect... before we leave syd to get some supplies (coolant, oil and jerrys) Things im thinking that will be put under most strain is the cooling system and maybe some of the ancillary belts. 22. mate, you should see some of the other 260's here in adelaide that dont promote what they are doing to some of the people that troll our forums....
  23. I had a feeling that you had stopped doing work for people due to some of the inconsiderate pricks that ive seen bag you on the forums ect... All the threads I read with people having issues your 9 times out of 10 in their giving help. Come across as a top bloke over the forums. Props mate, hope you find the love for your own car and stay in it.
