How much will it cost to get the bumper re-sprayed? Think I might go their armed with a qoute from crash repairer so I have something to work with.

Well as the tread title says I got a towbar custom made and installed onto the stag today. I picked it up and no one walked around the car with me just a yes all went well heres your keys give me your $600 thanks for comming... When I got home I had a closer look at the job and realised their are all of these small lines in the back right of the rear bumper now (sort of look like stress fractures or scratches in the paint but you can't feel them). I then tried calling them but it was after 5.30 and no answer. So i returend to the garage for a closer inspection and also the interior parts dont lie flat anymore on the right hand side in the boot. Im no crash repairer but it looks like the bumper will need a re-spray. Therfore I'm not impressed with the job that has been carried out at all. I will be calling them first thing in the morning to inform them of the situation and we'll see what happens from their. Most anoything thing is that they will want to see it and the place is a good 45 minute drive from home and jugeling that with work is going to suck. Plus me being only 18 theyll try and get around it some how, maybe i need ruby to pose as my dad and come talk to them with me . Will not be naming and shaming the workshop, but if im not satisfied I will be highly recomending people not to go their.

what do you mean by you have the ebc set at 11 psi and 8 psi? The Profec B spec II work on a percentage increase over stock. Their is also a gain setting which you use to make sure the boost is consistant throughout the enither rev range. eg. if boost is dropping of at high rpm increase the "gain" or if its spiking decrease the gain.

Yeah i saw that stag when I was at schoolies driving past the shopping complex where kfc is. Was being driven by an older looking dude. Was so amped, my stag was at home and hadnt seen cheffs in like 24 hrs haha

Good to see you guys had a great day. Didnt make it out cos i recently got a new motrocrosser so i had that out for 3 days straight over the weekend. For some reason I feel this wont be the last of the stag cruises. If your out for organising ruby sad to hear but good work mate, you've done alot for the Stagea family here in SA. Im sure adam and i will work something out for the future.

Hi All, Was putting a Hi-Flow panel filter in the stag the other day and was wondering what the material is that is sort of clipped on to the top of the air box? The only reason i can think of for it to be their is for sound deadening? What do you guys think? Thinking if thats the only reason its going to get removed Here it is: Cheers, Chris
