    when u crank, does the tacho needle move? remove your spark plug n check condition, might have flooded with fuel fuel pump will buzz and pressurise the line, once pressurised u wont hear it again if u key off and on check u voltage at fuel pump and if u can hook up a fuel pressure gauge to confirm its working

    it sounded fine with the door covers off but with it on, it was hitting the speaker grill every now (gain set wrong) and I could hear when it did thats with stock plastic pods, not a problem with mdf spacers or setting ur speaker for proper excursion

    6.5" Alpine type-r splits recently removed from my car surplus to requirements comes with x-over box, woofer and tweeters has a small crease on the woofer from hitting door speaker trim hence the cheap price $100 pickup or postage at buyers expense

    R32 GTR Stock Airbox - $200 + postage otherwise pickup welcome (western sydney) changed to pod filter setup and hasnt been used for a few years, all clips intact etc, in decent condition, no air filter included good setup to avoid heat soak from the engine and clearing defects

    if you are only ejecting cd, use a paper clip and headunit will have a small hole to pop cd out manually

    also check engine compression as turbo failure can also take out your engine from cermaic dust being ingested

    small update on this,, while it fixed my overall low voltages that i was seeing, i still see around 0.5v drop after driving the car onces its all warmed up.. i suspect its my attessa relay that going off every 30sec or so.. so will disconnect the relay and see if it makes a difference..

    with direct wire from battery +ve to alternator +ve 're-did the test +ve to +ve 0.08v -ve to -ve 0.02v so definite improvement there, will take the car for a long run and see if voltages drop after a while thanks for all your help
