note- looks like rust is on the water/oil pumps and the timing belt bearings, which will be replaced with tomei/n1 items... is it too far gone? and are they forgies? engine kinda fell into my lap digits on pistons are:RA9603X 0.50 RIB 0.10 SB

hey guys. can u help me. can u identify if these are really forged pistons? and the engine has rust on it, is it still useable?, machining would fix that?

i just pour in a full bottle of castrol.....5ltr bottle. and the dipstick comes up to the full mark. using that logic. u probs had 1/2 capacity

back on me stock turbo setup, i just used a 3'' split one off ebay. similar to jjr. cost me 50bucks i think. and it lined up perfectly, no leaks, cracks. was very happy with it

u can buy spool rods for the same price as gtr rods nowadays man. spool rods are only about 600ish man. if u do a cheap job, be prepared to come back to it.

average 60-80bucks an hour labour. maybe max 6hrs. do the math + coolant, 30bucks +oil, 80bucks + braided lines and fittings if stock ones arent compatable for wateva reason. 200-400ish + custom made dump pipe to fit rear housing pattern (cant remember wat pattern the 2530 has :S) 350ish
