  3. Piston: CP rb26/30 specific ( i use the 8.3 comp (1.2mm gasket) as i run bigger boost) go the 9ish cr for the lower boost/streeter Conrods: Argo with arp 2000 bolts Crank: Get it balanced and nitrated if money is there Oil Pump: Jun/Trust/Tomei with collar
  4. not sure, but it could just be the same time to tune... my old tuner who was an autronic specialist in sydney did mine within a reasonable time, same time as the power fc i had before. they probs just have a flat rate for tuning, as my old tuner did no matter what ecu... either way you'll be satisfied with the results, and its not that much considering they know hands down what they are doin i spose hehe yeh 400 is fun, were gonna have it tuned up again just before jambo get around 450 out of it... got the gtr rear end going in now ben...

  7. i know my tuners very well so i get to watch/help out etc etc... i have been at my tuners when ppl ask a million and 1 questions, which i spose could get annoying when ur trying to tune their car, buthe says in the end its their car, they deserve to know whats going on, whats what etc etc ben...
  8. twin high mounts would be a massive waste as the turbs would be fairly decent sized (unless u had plans to build an 800+rwhp car), and for street ur mums camry would flog the shit out of u, have no boost till 6k lol... i have seen a guy get custom manifolds made up for smaller gt2870's or something rather to mount them high, (HPI magazine) although it looked funny as they arent that big in terms of size... id personally go twin 2530's low mount save money on manifolds and have a crazy response set up

  15. hi there r31 forums arent much help... i been working out how to mount a fmic on my r31 series 2... a mate has given me his rx7 cooler, but if easier ill just jump on ebay and get a proper fmic for cheap few questions, can i keep air con? or is this def a gonner? whats the easiest way to run the piping, just put the battery on an angle? i want to keep this as low spec, stealth, and cheap.... running just standard vlt gear will be pushing 9psi once the cooler is on if anyone has any pics that would be great cheers
  16. due to the scarce amount of r33 gtr rear cradles, and a plenty of r32 gtr cradles, how much work would involve fitting one into my r33 gtst... long shot i know but unless someone pops up with an r33 gtr rear cradle complete ben...

  18. yeh its definatley changed over the past few years especially... i went 3 years in a row 02, 03, 04 and id say it wasnt the most jap loving crowd, but its pretty different now heaps of jap cars anf rotors(boo) and its awesome, still not 100% my cuppa tea but would still be fun.. Just dont rock up in a stock lancer and try do burnouts on the cruise pad (seen a few bottles go through windows lol)

  20. i got CP specific rb26/30 pistons they are great... i heard good things bout spool rods although i use Argo ( much more $$)
  21. if i could find my before n after dyno's id post them up... ariels plenums are awesome especially for the money, i ran 360rwkw with mine and it was sweet, with an 80mm throttle body. i luved it... changed to an rb26 head so i sold it... greddy is over rated/priced. ben...

  23. nah u need an a/m rail but they DO clip in to the stock loom unlike the sards... i bought my rail for $200 (although not selling mine, if u got one, thats 700 for brand new rail and injectors) still cheap
  24. as the title says i got brand spanking new GTR siemens 700cc injectors, stupid mistake i bought too small as i need larger $500 incl express post ANYWHERE (in aus lol) also have a modified rb25 fuel rail for twin entry, painted black- $30 cheers...ben.
