  1. Thanks for the link about the bike rider.
  2. Yes, stock spline clutch to be used with this box. Box not in car (yet!) and is unused.
  3. Paul (superjet760) still owns the [RH9GTR] beast - it is for sale, but hasn't been sold yet.
  4. Another great Putty Rd cruise. Well done to SAU:NSW and everyone who attended and behaved. Also, thank you to the people who stopped and assisted at the bike crash with traffic management (sorry, forgotten your names). They biker's friends were very appreciative. As mentioned above, he was very lucky that it wasn't worse. Thankfully we managed to flag down a doctor, a medic and a nurse who provided assistance until the ambo's arrived. I missed most of the lunch as a result, but was great to catch up with a few old faces and meet some new ones. I took a few pics whilst a passenger in the ol' Starion
  5. Normally, I would agree with the above, however, you said that you managed to get a 1.6 60ft with lower tyre pressure but your clutch slipped. If you manage a full run with a 1.6 60' you will get into the mid 11's. However, this might prove diffcult to always replicate. Either way, as stated already, smaller diameter tyres with grippier tyres will definitely improve your times, And with more power, a 10 is definitely possible.
  6. This car, Matt. Engine bay pic here:
  7. superjet760's [RH9GTR] R32.
  8. Steve, I agree re: the way that SD has its track hire set up. However, hopefully this will change in the future (as they are losing money), particularly with the new management. They just have to look across the road and see how full the track days are at EC. Levinboy & mlr, that was my plan: have one lane dedicated to SAU:NSW and nominate one Wednesday night street meet (in advance with pre-bookings). This would be much more feasible idea and the club won't have to outlay a massive amount of money. I will see what can be done with this.
  9. Fair enough. Perhaps we can have an SAU:NSW event at one of the regular Sydney Dragway Wednesday night 'Street Meets'?
  10. What happened to the Drag Day?
  11. So post some....
  12. Once again, I don't think you have 370awkw....what turbo's are you running again, and at what boost?
  13. I saw the white EVO 9 run....stuffed the launch but then took off and ran an 11.2? @ 136mph on the only run I saw. Sounded tough though.
  14. The drags are back (1/4 mile): http://racingonn.com.au/
  15. Should be doing mid to low 11's if you had 370kw@wheels
  16. "like" Also, I recall Blitz had posted rules regarding a certain format in the classifieds section, but it is almost always never followed... Similar to this: ITEM: LOCATION: FITS: CONDITION: PRICE:
  17. Let me drive it...will ran a high 10/flat-11
  18. Only 40-odd rwkw increase with doubling of injector size?? Need an estimate of DC, at least, Steve as they should handle anything any pair of low mounts can throw a them.
  19. What did you make with the ID2000's, Steve-o?
  20. If you were 'cruising around town' then you wouldn't need to accelerate...so 4th gear at 70KM/H would be fine with low power. And if you did want to accelerate, then simply put it into 2nd (and right into its power band). Although, I would have to agree that any twisties and it would make a much bigger difference. It's horses for courses. And yes, zebra, a dyno run may not accurately reflect on-road performance for various reasons - they are really more of a tuning tool.
  21. Don't forget that you will need a new clutch if you go for the OSG with Holinger input.
  22. btw, rhdjapan sell new n1 blocks for $2,750 delivered.
  23. Been there, done that, Mo...but mine was someone else's fault (Envy). Good luck with the build. You going stroker?
