Not too bad, mate. R+R rear bumper with a bit of paint and some detailing. You're not having too much good luck, but as said above, at least you are out there having a go.
Yes, might be karma for shifting the Dyno Day to the same day as Compak Attak
I have driven* this fine piece of machinery and can vouch for it's quality. One of the best R34 GTR's in Australia in all departments.
*Best 5 metre drive of my life
Ditto mate. Cruise time.
Btw, I worked out that the dyno operator was only revving my engine to 7400 rpm...with peak power still rising. But still pleased with the result.
Well done to all who attended and helped make it a positive weekend, especially those who didn't have a car entered. I think it did plenty for the club and Skylines in general. The race cars were a highlight and certainly drew a lot of attention. Thanks to Duncan and Kel for getting them there and thanks again to everyone else.
I agree. I was pleased that the clown in the red beemer with mobile disco next to us didn't turn up on the Sunday and gave our ears a rest. Nearly busted an eardrum from it on Saturday. Although, in an ironic twist of fate, his radiator couldn't handle all that doof doof
At least I got some skanks all over my front end....
Spotted ASF *** ? white R32 GTS with SAU sticker on rear window this morning on freeway to the gong. Beeped and waved as I passed you but you looked half asleep
I should be on the dyno tomorrow, but only running off the wastegate boost pressure as it isn't tuned for more.
I have little chance of taking out any trophies as there is a certain yellow R32 that made 850HP today, with the "big hitters" coming out to play tomorrow at 2pm.
But it will be interesting
Well done to everyone that was there and helped, especially those that got straight into cleaning my car inside out before the turbos had stopped spinning Thanks again guys.
Hopefully tomorrow will be even better
Where's the glory? It's all tragic and sad. It's a lessen to all, no matter how young or old you are, no matter what car you drive. I suggest that everyone re-read the first post again and think very carefully about its contents, and its significance to them self.
RIP.
No more from me.
