  1. Yes, Albion Park (near the airport) is where most people will end up. Plenty of nice cars, and it will be packed, but there are a few places to go to down south. If people are interested, perhaps we can get some Skylines together and have a civil cruise down that way using an alternate route, say, via Appin Road?
  2. I've also got teflon hose fitted for my oil return to thhe sump with Earls anodised compression fittings connecting it up. Will use the teflon in place of my existing rubber braided lines to see if that eliminates the strong fuel vapour smell from the cabin. Otherwise it will be solid lines.
  3. It's all braided. I realise that fuel hoses 'breathe', but the in cabin smell is unbearable even after 15 or 30 mins of parking car with windows closed, engine off. Open the door and you could almost pass out from the vapours. Luckily I don't smoke
  4. Is it just my car, or does the smell of raw fuel inside the cabin come hand in hand with surge tank/extenal pump set ups?
  5. Only if I have buyers for the rest of the kit. Would prefer to sell it all together.
  6. 16K for the rolling shell or the whole car?
  7. The Anzac Say suprcruise has been on for the past 15 or so years without fail. Whether it's "official" or not, it will still be on. A lot of car clubs/groups simply organise their own different meet up spots and cruise on down at different times and routes towards Wollongong in order to avoid the traffic jams etc. Personally, I wouldn't want to meet in Roselands as there is simply too much traffic and chaos.
  8. No one said anything about running it consistently
  9. TO4GTR has run an 11.2@121mph still using his original 210,000km+ engine with around 310rwkw. And he doesn't baby it at all Must be a freak engine. I pesonally don't think it can be done for under 5k. Under 10k is very possible though.
  10. just replace the "che" in "check" with "fu". heh
  11. I know someone not too far from you who can check your engine well and truly. All your cylinders will have the same comp readings, guaranteed... ...but the insides might look a bit mangled. His name starts with an 'H' and rhymes with 'vermin' Seriously though, hopefully it all turns out ok mate.
  12. I was just looking at that, Paul. So any comparison must be adjusted as the KPH readings will be out on the two different tunes on Blitz's car.
  13. 5th is the first day of Autosalon, so it won't make sense to have it on that day. Either the 12th or the 19th are the best days.
  14. On my (abs-removed) r32, I notice the torque gauge go back up to past 50% when I come to a complete stop. I can hear the rear boot relay clicking and my dash lights flicker each time. As soon as I accelerate, it goes back down and then acts normal, showing the torque split.
  15. Just bring that woman in your avatar and tit will be a nice day
  16. No surprises there When was the last time you ventured out west? I don't mind PJ's. But... H(_)(_)TERS looks good

  18. I'm there also. Address is Great Westen Highway, Wentworthville (east of Cumberland highway). If you're coming off the M4, take the Cumberland Highway exit, turn north at Cumberland Highway, then right at Great Western Highway lights and then next right on Centenary Rd to get to the rear street for parking. See map:
  19. They will protrude from the guards on an R32 GTR.
