    The 15 year rule has been replaced by the pre-1989 rule: that means no early GTR's, no 300zx's etc unless they are imported under the stricter SEVS rules.

    There are a number of cars that are interested in doing some 'test' runs. Adam, can you please get a clarification on the 'no sub-11.00 sec' rule. Can cars that are tech inspected still race as long as they don't go quicker than 11.000? What happens if a car breaks this ET? Do they ask you to ease off the boost or do you get booted straight away?
