Hey there its time for me to depart with my R33 gtr Im a mechanical technicain by trade its running the standard airbox with hks2530"s A 3inch exhaust, and 15psi with no boost controller more of a permanet bleed system, so boost cannot be alterd, tuned it with nistune (32gtr ecu) to produce and easy 270rwkw an extremly conservative tune, The car averages 420 km to tank with this tune, and is very responsive, This gtr is still running the hicas system as i see no reason to remove it, as its not a race car , the car is extremly smooth and pleasent to drive, Its still got the origional GTR dash wich only goes to 180 km hour, 142000 km on the clock Has 18x265 Volk wheels wich stick like glue. I have recently installed new Bendex pads all round and had the rotors machined, Really this car must be seen to be appreciate, its clean origional and almost untouchable by the police, (exhaust might be a tiny bit over the 96db ) Come down to my workshop if you are genuinaly interested and ill put it on the hoist and ill let the car do the talking dyno sheets available aswell May trade for an auto turbo car of simlar value or cash my way, dont really care if it sells or not im sick of changing gears though price is $24000 the car is located in ferntreegully or rowville, VIC cheers

  5. hey there was tuning my r33 gtr on the dyno the other week and noticed at 170km/hr it was at about 7000-7500 rpm ? this sound about right or has someone changed diff ratios ? as my old 32gtr would do more like 200 in 4th , any info would be great, or comparisons, cheers pete.

  7. hey there im in need of some advice, to cut a long story short, fitted some hks 2530s to my gtr only to realise once i had completed the job the acuators were the standard gtr ones that some moron has butcherd and welded thread to make them adjustable, like the hks ones! the problem is the turbos are not boosting eqauly, and its dosing and doing stupid things when it comes onto boost, How do i set them up so they boost equaly? i was thinking of using a boost gauge (T) into the acuator line and bringing the pressure up to around 12 psi and making sure the gates are open the same amount but this still will only be guess work , is there a simpler way that i dont know of ? any help or info would be greatly appreciated as i dont want to be trying to change the acuators with the turbos on the car, cheers pete.

Vapour injection isnt all its claimed to be , through my work we are seeing injectors block up due to oil and garbage in the lpg filling the vapouriser with oil wich intern goes into the injectors, yeah it works well but one bad batch off gas and then you need to pay $$$ to have the injectors cleaned and vapouriser(converter) cleaned, But the liqiud injection is not a bad way to go as it runs like a normal petrol system just under higher pressure, any oil/garbage in the lpg gets burned up as there is no vapouriser(converter) for it to sit in, the Power limit to this system is much much higher than conventional systems, i have seen the system on a supercharged holden gen3 with no hickups its seen on XR6 turbos with about 270 ish rwkw beeing the limit of both injectors and fuel pump, but Very soon they are releasing the high flow injectors and i believe some tanks with twin lpg pumps, Me personally i have converted a few cars with this system and it does everything its supposed to verywell, the only down side is it doesnt have it own ecu like vapour so you "tune" it by flow matching the petrol injectors to the Lpg Injectors, wich works well if you have and adjustable computer of some description, Cost wise it is a bit more than Vapour but maintaning the system is just a matter of filters and a leak test every 15000km and a Pump filter change, compared to the issue vapour has, Vapour is good but it will soon be Superseeded by liqiud injection My 2 cents worth, cheers

  14. Ben took me over the dandenongs in this car i have never felt sick from a car accelerating and braking before Its absolutly insane and will be an awesome buy for someone
  15. im keen to know this to as i want an auto in my everyday gtr, its all to hard in peak hour traffic but i dont have it in me to get rid of my gtr so this is the only option, i would assume the auto has to be "strengthend" but finding and getting someone to do it at the right price will be the hard part,
