Immobiliser must be fitted. Can't get around that. HID's must be removed. Just put some halogen bulbs in. Put your HID's back in once it passes. Tints - just rip them off, get it passed and then go get new tints put back on. GPS - self explanatory.

Legally speaking the mods, especially the surge tank/high mount turbo will need to be approved by way of filling in a modification application form. WA can be quite strict on overly-modified turbo cars. The modification application form takes anywhere between 4-6 weeks to have the modifications either approved or denied. Sometimes you are required to gain engineers approval for modifications. http://www.transport.wa.gov.au/mediaFiles/LBU_F_VS_ModificationLightVehicles.pdf Just so you know, this is the legal way of registering your vehicle in WA with the listed modifications. A lot of the time when you go for an inspection to have your car registered, as long as the modifications are safe etc, then they should be fine. The screamer pipe will be a no-no under all circumstances. You will not pass an inspection with that installed, and if the police pull you over and see it they will give you a defect compliance notice (yellow sticker). As you will be in Northam, the place that conduct vehicle examinations in that area are what we refer to as Authorised Inspection Stations (private businesses that conduct vehicle inspections on behalf of Dept. of Transport in regional areas). Just so you know, if the RX7 is registered in your name in the ACT and has been continuously registered in your name for more than 12months, and you can provide registration documents from the ACT to prove it has been in your name for more than 12 months, then you will NOT NEED AN INSPECTION to transfer the registration to WA plates. If the RX7 has been in your name for more than 12months, then this will be your saving grace, as you won't need an inspection and this means you won't have to worry about being picked on due to the modifications on your car. I picked up my pre-order from EB Games yesterday, installed it and unlocked early using Korean VPN trick. Played for about 4hours last night, will play all night long once i get home from work today. Simply put, graphics are amazing. HD previews of MW3 look great re the storyline, but MW3 graphics look very "cartoony" compared to BF3. Runs on ultra graphics settings without any issues at all. Loving the game so far; can't wait to finish single player and then jump into online play!

If you buy a Skyline, don't waste your time getting a non-turbo. It's like buying a Monaro with a V6 in it. Makes no sense. Also, being young, don't go putting those f**king homosexual body-kits on that makes you look like the biggest dickhead out. Just mod it subtly. Nice rims with a good offset, lowered, and maybe even the factory body-kit but none of this gay plastic wide-body shit.
