Hi Guys/Gals, i have a BNR34 RB26DETT, just recently my work machanic serviced my car and he put in NGK Platinum spark plugs after that the car started to misfire bad . i put NGK Iridium plugs back in and the misfire is a little better but it's still there. now it's getting worse and worse the car is splattering and when i accelertate car just splaters and doesn't go anywhere. would a retune fix this or is it deeper than that. any help and suggestion would be greatly appriciated.

Hi every, i've got a 2000 BNR34 v-spec, is there anyway i can get the stardard MFD to work with Aust maps. tried putting in a universal cd in but didn't work. the nav seems to work as when i turn the little arrow also changes direction but it thinks i'm in japan. any help please. also how do i get the display up for how many G's i'm doing or my spec dosn't have this function? thanks

saw a white 33 last night about 5:30 pm female driver with hat on, we were side by side for about 30secs down flinders smiled at u and all u can do is give me a blank stare. hmmmp so much for being friendly.

you could that. but in the end he will find out who u r, cops always take extra care of their own. word by mouth gets around of who F'ed him up and every cop will go out of thier way to hassle u. would be nice but not worth it.

100% sure it's a cop, he had a little box in right hand corner and i could just make out the uniform.

yeah that was me. i was following my friend, accelerated to speed limit than cruised NOT RACING. i have raced him on private property. With launch beat him by 3.5 car lengths by 3rd gear and taking off normal than planting it i get creamed (once on boost start to catch up but he's way to far in front).

Most unmarked cops i.ve seen are all Holden SS any colour, easiest way to tell is theres's 3 antennas on the rear window, tinted black ass, little box back right parcel shelf and little box where the passenger sun viser would go or infront of raer view mirror and no towing ball/hook. But really best thing to do is just don't speed and race. not worth the risk life wise are poeples lives.

10pm today sitting at the lights when a black VE SS tinted windows blacker than black , lines up side by side with me ready to rumble revs his engine. from me no response so he revs again but a little bit higher in the rev range still no reponse from me. i can tell he wants to race me bad, trying to get me to race him. but guess what? i saw all the extra antennas on his back window. bloody cop! now that's entrapment! that is just wrong!!!!! has this happen to anyone else here as well?

I agree u should really plan everything properly. what u can afford and what expenses will be. initial purchase of vehicle price/insurance, if getting a loan: car loan vehicle must be 7years or younger/anything older personal loan(higher interest). don't rush into it (sorry didn't mean to lecture).

BNR34 = R34 GTR. oops left it out i'm using a Apexi Power FC. Yeah it was pretty cool running those 2 cars, my friend was shadered that he lost to me in both his cars. both cost about half mil each on the road. bloody deafening with both cars redlining every gear.

no track days for me, street use only.

mine is a v-spec main difference to a standard GTR is that it's a littel bit lower, carbon fiber front and rear diffuser. minor tweaks here and there done by nissan.

no dout BNR34 is a awesome car, from stock it has the looks and performance. it's a beast!!! current mods to my car is: Highflow cat Nismo exhaust Cam Gears Nismo panel filter(factory box) 1 bar boost exedy clutch Dyno tuned with 98 octane fuel Pumps out 278kw to the ground, which with a proper launch beats a F430 by 3 car lengths and a gallardo by 3.5 car lengths by 3rd gear. car runs perfect and reliable. get the BNR34 well worth the extra dosh.

i wasn't planning to go there but was just wondering how much it would cost, didn't think that i'll have to take out a personal loan to get my pads done at Nissan. getting it done at Racepace, that's where i got my stage 1 mods and all my 5000k services. Ben recommended Bendix Ultimate but the guy at RaceBrakes says it's shit what do u guys/gals think? well it's agreed will never take GTR to nissan never never never
