  1. +2 on the GReddy Profec B spec II. I'd heard nothing but good things about them, and since having one put on my car I have to agree that it's very stable. With a bit of fine-tuning of the PFC on my car, I get almost the same amount of power on 7psi (low boost) as I used to get before the EBC install when it was on 10psi. On high boost now (10psi), I have about 18kW more than before the EBC was installed. The best thing is that I have the same power as before (or more on high boost), but with a much more progressive boost curve and more torque accross the whole rev range.
  2. Ripped jeans and a flanny over the wifebeater, Jon?
  3. I think I was hitting around 170km/h at the end of the straight in the Stagea/LOLvo/LOLwagon, but I was concentrating more on where my braking points were or should have been, so I wasn't looking much at the speedo when the car was reaching its highest speeds.
  4. That's cool Stephen. I haven't found out if Rosie is coming along yet, so that will be a determining factor for me.
  5. Forgot to mention I saw this a few weeks ago on Georges River Road in Croydon Park. It's the latest (current) version AMG C63, and yes, that is a green P-plate in the rear window! Lucky mo-fo...
  6. I haven't been for three weeks, and I'm having withdrawals! I should be there, but might passenger with my sis in the Spazda3 if she's going up, and I'll snap some photos instead.
  7. Coastie cruise details: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/We...-2-t190095.html
  8. Yeah, there is a need for thanks, mate - you've done a great job this past year and, as Jon said, you've left some big shoes for Doofy and I to fill! Wish I could have been there today for the AGM, but I wasn't feeling the best when I woke up today and I still didn't feel too good around 2pm. Would have been good to sit down for a feed and a few drinks with the out-going President and VP(s), and catch up and/or meet the rest of the attendees. Issues with the electricity at home meant I couldn't even fax off my report about the merchandise or fax a proxy vote.
  9. I'm guessing that that would be Benny, not Doof. Doof has an R33.
  10. Come on the Coastie cruise. I live on the border of Seven Hills and Toonie and I go up almost every week.
  11. The rough quote so far is $1400 for all cloth, or $2400 for all leather, so I'm guessing that the final cost will be somewhere in the middle, as I'm going half-and-half. That, though, is for the whole interior: front and rear seats plus door trims. I picked the colours and materials the other night, so it's not too far off, hopefully. I've got the R32 GT-R rear seats still, so I really should advertise that, and after the rest is sorted, I'll have a pair of Stagea front seats to get rid of too.
  12. I'm soon to have a set in my car, Darrin. They're from an R32 and are being re-upholstered at the moment. Either way, I have the factory seats set to the lowest setting now, and I'm around 5'10" tall.
  13. Spotted Corinne today too, in a car as bright as 11ty suns! Imagine the colour of Sammeh's wheels, and apply that colour to a whole car!
  14. Quick follow-up, were there any people who asked me at the Stagea meeting about SAU-NSW merchandise they would like to buy or check if I have in stock? I will be attending the AGM this Sunday and (assuming I have it in stock) I will bring whatever items are requested along then. Please send me a PM as soon as possible so I can grab it and have it with me. If you're not attending the AGM, let me know and I can arrange either postage or meeting up to exchange the goods.* *No, this does not involve drugs...
  15. Quick follow-up, were there any people who asked me at Oran Park about SAU-NSW merchandise they would like to buy or check if I have in stock? I will be attending the AGM this Sunday and (assuming I have it in stock) I will bring whatever items are requested along then. Please send me a PM as soon as possible so I can grab it and have it with me.
  16. Darrin, I'm not sure what height my car is at (I'll measure it soon and post it up), but here is what it looks like at the moment:
  17. Another thing that might cause the high fuel consumption is if the O2 sensor(s) are not working, so the car runs rich all the time.
  18. Can I buy "skillz" on this SAU group buy?
  19. Hey mate, there's no need to have two threads for the same question, so I'll close this one down and the answers can go in the thread that's already open for the car you want to buy...
  20. Ladies and Gents, SAU-NSW has its Annual General Meeting this weekend on Sunday the 21st of June, so if you're a club member, please come along to this, put your votes in for election of the new commitee, and put forward any ideas, questions and concerns you have for the club, etc. More details for current SAU-NSW members are HERE.
  21. Here are some of the very few shots I took. I only had the camera out for a little while so didn't take that many, and the camera is new so I'm still getting used to what settings to use, etc.
  22. No worries, Duncan, I'll give them a buzz tomorrow. Just for future use, does anyone know how to cross-refererence parts in FAST between different models?
  23. I spotted Tinks, DJ Brave and Sl!m yesterday in the Povo wagon too!
  24. OK, I need to replace my outer CV joint boot and I think I have found the part number for it (39641 or 39641-A, not sure what the difference is), but I'd like to know what other Nissans use this part number so I know what to ask my local parts supplier for. Is there any way to find out through FAST???
