  1. I would too, but i'm not going to tell you guys that.
  2. Just saw that, I'll be there.
  3. Sunny, they're the boot struts. 5 minute job to replace, use a flat blade screwdriver to pop the clips off, pull it off, and push the new one on. Piece of piss.
  4. Chris also drives an XR6 Turbo, so talking about mistakes... Depends on what you want. To go all out, you'll need front bar, lights, grill, bonnet, bonnet latch and quarter panels, but your car will look like a hammer head shark with the wider front end. Or, you could put on a GTR-style front bar and grill for the same price as any other body kit, and still have the large flat indicators to prove it's a GTSt. The car in the photo Dani posted up has done that, which is how they were able to keep the S2 lights. That's not as "custom" and difficult as you all think!
  5. Like Brad said, thatds the handbrake light. It comes on when the handbrake is up, or when you have low fluid in the brake master cylinder. It could mean your disk pads are low so you need to replace them (they'll be VERY low if this is the case) or you have a leak somewhere, probably very small. Just under the car and have a look behind all the wheels to see if you can see anything.
  6. Nik, just come to the first meet point. That's all I doing. Aleighsha flies to Bali Wednesday morning so I'll spend the night with her, but I'm still coming to reprazzzent!! And support Olivia and Sami. Looking forward to it guys. And everyone else, stop picking at the "Skyline Only" thing. You know what Skylines are, and Stagess are included as well because they're Skyline wagons. I'd say Ceffies should be allowed in as well because they're half-silvia, half-skyline, but I'll let Sami have the final say on that.
  7. Yes Scott... Even the dr says you're special!! I was going to bring her, but I think it's safer to leave her at home
  8. Fat Cat goes to bed at 7:30, and so do I... Wouldn't miss it Olivia! And Scott, stop complaining Still cant see why it'll be a "special" appearance
  9. Dan's right. We know the cops read the forums, they told us on Friday night. If they came on here and read a thread dedicated to hating the police, it'd make us look bad, wouldn't it? It'd cause them to hate us even more, and this whole situation will esculate even more. We want the police on our side, but having a go at them on a public forum isn't the best way to do it, is it?
  10. The problem with telling people to home after doing a burnout is that they're on their way home when they do it. Unfortunatly, that won't work. The other issue is, so people here are against burnouts on cruises, but the people who did this and got us in trouble aren't the people who are posting. This never would has happened if those people hadn't decided to leave a small section of their tyres on the road in front of security. Yes the cop was over using his powers a bit, but he has a point. There are too many people doing burnouts on cruises now days and were the ones who cop it. The other thing I'm worried about is the Police mixing up SAUWA club members with cruises advertised on the public section of SAU. The SAUWA cruises i've been on are full of excellent qndwellbehaved drivers, but I'd be surprised if the Po-Po can tell the difference.
  11. I'd check the catch can for legity (must drain back into the sump), check it has a cat, make sure it isn't too loud, swap the suspention and wheels, and it should get over. Having said that, absolutely horrific colour! I'd much rather your RB30 R34. And I thought you were selling it to buy a house?
  12. Firstly, hello to all police officers reading this thread!! Guys, I was standing around at the air port meet point of the cruise tonight with a few other members when two police cars rocked up complaining about people doing burnouts. Mainly, a certain black R32 bucket of shit ripping nuts in the intersection. After working out the cars that were left (mine, 2 other 33s, and a WRX) had not been partaking in goo USB behavour, they left us with a message to pass on to you guys. Apparently, they are sick of this sort of behavour on SAU cruise (they've linked it with SAU because it was advertised on this forum, even though of had nothing to do with the SAUWA club) and if it doesn't stop stronger measures will be put in place. We were told by one friendly officer that if it continues to be a problem, everyone on these cruises WILL have their cars seized and towed away reguardless of whether they were involded with the noon behavour, and all cruises WILL be shut down and banned. These were his exact words, and I was told to let everyone else know. Guys, there is a time and place for this sort of behavior, and in the middle of the f**king airport isn't one of them. Who ever owns the black 32 with Ford rims on the rear, you deserve to be shot! You almost ruined it for the rest of us. Well that's all I have to say for now, if anyone has anythig else to say can post it up, and I'm sure the other 3 members with me tonight will also say something in here as well. Rhys
  13. Tim, it's done and organized. Just leave it as it is. Too late to change anything. Everyone meeting NoR, look out for Tim's blue R33 with gold vynals down the side, and I'll have my silver R33 there as well. Rydin' Dirty is a Ford club (I think. Bogan V8s anyway) so just look for all the Skylines/imports and come park with us. SoR people, park with Tobin, white R33 with blue [LULZORS] plates. Again, look for all the imports. And Tim, just have a single meet point next time, it's much easier that way.
  14. I'm pretty sure it does, had a few mates fail because their kits scraped. I've also heard that even a wire hanging down counts, because if it's for a fuel pump or something, it rips going over a speed bump, the car will suddenly be inmovable causing headaches for everyone. That's what I've heard anyway. Point is, kits are included in the too low rules.
  15. Do you have coilovers Jason? That way you can easily wind it up. Are you coming out cruising tomorrow?
  16. Guys, start a new thread. This one is too big and confusing, and it'll put a few people off. Missus has work early Saturday morning, so I'll only go for a few legs.
  17. Is Karl still selling his?
  18. Guy at work said his mate bought an auto Skyline cos he only had an auto license, then converted to it to manual before he got his auto license. Now, whenever he gets pulled over, he puts an "auto-look-alike" cover over his gear knob so they think it's auto. Worth a shot.
  19. Is your car series 1 or 2? The bumpers will bolt up, but not fit perfectly. On a S1, the S2 bumper will sit too far in, and i'm guessing vice versa. Like you said, they have different bonnets, lights and guards.
  20. Lachlan, DIY mate! I know my way around a Skyline, Nick's an electrition, and everyone else would be happy to give you a hand. We could easily do this is an arvo. Otherwise my mates always looking for cashies. Might be a bit expensive though.
  21. Exhaust coming from the front sounds like an exhaust leak. Jack up the car, get someone to hold a rag over the exhaust, and have a look for a hole. No idea what the other sound would be without listening to it firsthand though.
  22. I can imagine the owner of said vehicle waking up with a massive hangover, jumping on the forum while trying to remeber what they did the night before, then seeing these photos of his car in the wall... Oops!!
  23. Can I ask why you do you want to ruin the look of the car with roof racks??
