  1. Nice photos. That drag strip is crazy! A full on track in the middle of nowhere
  2. Works for me. He's the one who gets me in the pits all the time. Not sure how to get inside the fence though.
  3. Yeah my mate had the same problem. Its stupid, but sadly thats the rules. Glad you didn't lose any demerit points though.
  4. You mean into the pits? Get a pit crew pass from the race office. You have to know one of the races, but everyone has a mate who races Shouldnt be too hard. As long as you have inclosed shoes, you can go right up to the track.
  5. Thats next week? Sick. Keep an eye out for me, I'll be around SLYDR for most the day.
  6. R33... God DAMN!!! Thats hot. The gold 34R looks like a NUR, my mate has an M-Spec NUR the same colour. Factory leather... yum.
  7. Please destroy that GT-R badge...
  8. Pretty much plugs or coil packs. If it doesnt have an aftermarket pump, check that as well. Otherwise, it could intercooler piping, I've just fixed that problem in my car. Check them all in that order, because new plugs would be beneficial whether they are causing the problem or not.
  9. Hey, now that I know the full story, I have nothing but respect for it! Cant wait to see it done, I'll definately be coming down to Whoop Arse Wednesday to see this beast race.
  10. Dodgsun, thats an awesome pic! How the hell did you get out there? Haha. I need a tripod...
  11. Ive got a Cannon 1000D and I love it. 3 of my mates have one as well, and they all theirs, so they're great entry level cameras. Plus you dont need opgrade for a while.
  12. Great project, I'm looking forward to seeing this in action! Taking it down to Whoop Arse Wednesday? I swear I saw this at the Warwick Cinemas earlier on in the year. I'm very sorry, I'm pretty sure I laughed at it
  13. He's in Perth, Western Australia. It's done ~150,000kms. Nice car, great for drift.
  14. Mmmm. I'm in!
  15. Better hurry up and get it finished Sam! Give me a call when the plenum comes in. I'll be at the drifts, might buy a tripod and grab some photos while I'm there
  16. Nice pics mate! Well done. Do you have any more pics of the matt black R33? That thing is fkn SEX!!!!
  17. Sidd, thats fantastic! Well work?
  18. Zennon, thats an awesome picture! Bit dark though, but thats just my opinion.
  19. I'm up for that mate, no worries! I'll SMS you now.
  20. Haha, it does look tough The reason for the mismatched rims is cos my Enkies were so bald I had to get new tyre but can't afford them at the moment. So, I went to my mates place and he gave me some GTT stockies with some half decent tread (he's a drifter, so he has plenty of tires laying around) but they ot sold so we threw these on. As for the shadows, thanks for the tip, I'll keep it in mind. It was more of a "quantity over quality" shoot, being my first, so next time I go out I'll watch all those things. That S15 looks good! God I want one badly!!
  21. I've just got my hands on a Cannon 1000D after watching this forum for months. Any advice/hints/constructive critisism of anything I post up is welcome. Hopefully I can become as good as you guys one day. 1. 2. 3.
  22. Reread the post, thrust bearing for sure. Unfortunately that's a gearbox out job.
  23. What is it doing? It's a twin plate, so that's quite possibly your problem. When the clutch is pressed in or at low RMP (around 2k or lower) it rattles/grinds? My twin plate does the same, thought it was release bearing but it didn't make sense cos the release bearing is noise when the clutch is engaged. And if your clutch came loose... I'd shoot your mechanic. I also doubt you could drive it!
  24. I'd preferhe factory setup to be safe, but I know plenty of people who run it like this without a problem. It's better to block it up close, otherwise it'll have to fill up before it just bypasses the hole and you don't want that. Plus the more extra hoses laying around, the messier it looks. Hide it all as much as possible. A clean engine bay is a good engine bay!
  25. Gurney, you haven't changed much from high school, but you make a lot more sense now days I work in Mirrabooka, and it takes 40mins+ for a single Police car to come and deal with the many fights we have outside. And yet when my friend bunnyhopped her car due to the new clutch, 5 cop cars turned up in 10 minutes to hoon law her! that's was definately an eye opener! Cops aren't evil, they aren't dickheads, and they aren't unneccessary. Unfortunately, they aren't spending the time on the right jobs and so shit gets worse. That's my opinion anyway.
