no it is just 210x70mm roughly as i will be file finishing the edges a mm or so! you could do it pretty easily yourself tho if you had a drill and a file, i have air tools so its less of a problem.. also i will not be at any club day soon. hopefully in the future but my car is not registered at teh momment. thanks everyone, max now increased to 10 you guys have untill monday to get in... also for everyone thats asked i will try borrow a digi from a mate and get a pic up by monday. mic

The 3x 52 mm guages will fit, as the dimensions are 210mmx70mm that is actually a bit larger than the DIN space. Wados and Ed you are down. i will pm everyone when i am finshed them. they are about 3mm thick i guess... i will mount mine with superglue or doublesided tape.. whatever. . mic

Update: i have cut seven 210mm x 70mm today including my own. i am now going to file finish them for no extra cost. even tho you will probably trim it down yourselves, it does make a better looking and feeling product. tell ur mates.. theres 6 for sale total ! free postage!

hey guys. i am going to cut them today. i dont have my digital camera but i can assure you they will look the goods.. it is not fake carbon fibre. the pattern looks cool. for $20 you cant go wrong. teh same princials as fibreglass apply when working with it. anyway when i have cut them i willl let you guys know and see if i can get a digital camera in the next day or two as well. expect them to be ready monday for postage. pre orders welcome no deposit reqd. making between 8-10 because id rather sell quality than quantity. just pm me. mic

I have a sheet of carbon fibre that i am using to make myself a carbon fibre DIN space insert. The measurements will be 210mmx70mm making it slightly larger than the DIN measurements. Exactly how you would want it so you can actually mount it. i am using it to mount a turbo timer and ebc. it could also be used for guages etc. at the momment i have enough carbon to make about 10 of these. The price will be AUD$20 including postage to anywhere in Australia. As i can simply put it into an envelople. Let me know guys, its a good oportunity. see ya's

thanks gary.. i was looking on the net this morning tryin to find something like that. by the sounds of all that i can run different widths front to rear.. but same widths per axle. i shoud be legal upgrading from 16x6.5 205 F+R to 18x7.5 215/40/18 18x8.5 225/40/18 anyones experinces would help.

On a car in queensland that comes standard with the same width wheels front and rear, for example my HCR32, is it roadworthy when upgrading wheels to have different widths front to rear. ie. 18x7.5 F 18x8.5 R instead of standard 16x6.5 F+R i know that the tyres must be the same side to side. .just concerned with 1. how many inches wider than standard i can go and be roarworthy 2. if i can run wider on the rear than the front and stay roadworth surely there are heaps of people here running non stanard rims that can shed some light. are r33's same width front and rear? what about r34's thanks!

Bbenny i am pretty sold on 18x7.5 rims do u think an extra inch makes a huge difference. i am planning on running 225/40's as well... i have the same car as you. is your suspension fairly hard (coilovers?), do you just have the right offset, small enough tyres or the combination of all three that lets u run 8.5 inches all round. thanks heaps... mic

Must be some cash over that way...? btw the r34 n1 turbos feature pretty high on Poenix Powers low mount turbo PS chart for obviously GTR RB26 or 2600cc or whatever class it was exactly, you know what i mean. it was in the hpi 5,6 or 7... i could check it out if anyone is really interested. they also had figures for other popular low mounts... and you could see what boost/rpm etc as well.... It might be interesting if someone knew what power the r34 n1 makes when tuned for group whatever(class) racing. i think it would be prettty certain they woundnt be allowed to change the turbos. btw im a big fan of the 34 n1's go for it burto. Just kidding, it wasnt to bad. i drove slowly past it the other day. the purple pearl looks pretty cool but it still looks like the japs put it together... massive rims, cooler etc.... oh and no holes in the rear quarter guard, just pumped and pumped.... pretty nice mic

My 2530 came with the restrictor... its is smaller than the standard one is..... I had new braided lines made up for the water by enzed.. they come out to your workshop to do it too.. was a few hundy tho, but quality costs.. good luck...

Hey all, has anyone here looked at the products on the nismo site for their cars? this is the link for the r32 http://www.nismo.co.jp/catalogue/data/r32.html looking at the site and the yen prices alot of the stuff seems very reasonably priced. that was untill i rang nissan. i have an account with nissan and get trade prices so i was hoping to see the prices perhaps a little cheaper than the yen price (tho that seems very optimisitc now) on the website. i was quoted roughly(depends on exchange): nismo fuel pump $900 nismo 555cc inj $350ea nismo adj strait fit fuel reg $240 and if you have a look at the yen prices the pump and injectors are about twice the price and the fuel reg is about $90 over.. i have ordered the fuel reg and a bosch 044 pump and will now be looking at other options for injectors (FC RX7 probly). anway just thought people would be interested to hear....
