You could swap it over to electric thermo fans. That would cost less than the $800 and be more reliable. There's a thread in the technical section of someone doing this on their R34.

I've driven both auto and manual and I coulnd't tell any significant power difference, the auto does go hard. I went with manual as I thought it would hold it value better compare to the mountain of auto's out there. I've got mine for sale atm, you can come check it out if your in Melbourne.

I'm reluctantly selling my 19's. They are Nismo LM GT4's 19x9.5 +25 275/30/19 19.8.5 +25 245/35/19 Tyres are near new Goodyear Revspec that have only traveled 2000kms of easy driving. You can still see the nipples on the tyres. Rims have a build date of 2004, they are in excellent condition the 2 left ones have a couple of marks around the rim. These wheels are specifically designed for 350Z/350GT and fit those hubs perfectly. I imagine it would also fit r33/r34. Price $4000 pickup in East Keilor Melbourne.
