  7. Hi Have a stock manual radiator and a RB20DET AFM from my 32 gts-t for sale both in pretty good condition, bought the AFM when i was trouble shooting a problem with my car, turned out not to be an issue with the AFM radiator could probably use a flush out even if it's just ramming a garden hose in it to clean it out a bit the ecu came with a loom i bought years ago, my plan was to send it away to get a nistune installed in it. but then i stumbled across an AP engineering Power FC recently $100 ono for the radiator? not really sure on pricing $100 for the AFM $50 for the ecu pics aren't really required.. it's all pretty straight forward Located in Brisbane, will post the AFM and ECU, not that keen on posting the Radiator 0413377833 or pm/reply here ps. will have another stock auto ecu available next week when i car goes in for the tune with the power FC

  11. it could just need regassing as i have no idea when it was last regassed and i've had the car for 3 years now and i haven't had it regassed and i know the owner before me was a complete noob that wouldn't have had it done
  12. don't waste your time and money on 6 cylinder n/a engines and trying to get power out of them stick it out on your p's until you get an a turbo or a v8
  13. yeah it's definitely gas related i got the aircon going just then and left it on for a while and it was good to start and then eventually just stopped making cold air with the compressor on
  14. i undo the front pipe at the cat and pull it out with the turbo as there is a bolt you pretty much can't undo with it in the car the ticking sound gives it away that it's the manifold no the turbo gasket, if it's on 1 cylinder then only when that cylinder fires will it make the sound hence the gap in time between each tick
  15. sounds like it's the exhaust manifold gasket gasket/broken studs with the ticking you describe don't use gasket goo also nissan gaskets ftw
  16. i know this is kind of off topic but not really but i'll ask anyway my car will sometimes blow a puff of white smoke when i'm in traffic and take off sometimes and maybe drop the clutch a bit early like it bogs down a tiny bit and blows a bit of smoke is that normal? fine on acceleration and normal driving though
  17. speed limit not a concept you understand?
  18. thanks i'll give that a go yeah matey i've seen you around a few times recently in the morning, i nearly completely ploughed into the rear end of you a couple of weeks ago you did the alarm on my car a couple of years ago when i was on hamilton road
  19. a leaking fuel injector can give the same kind of issue is it only when you come out from work? not in the morning?
  20. trying to argue that the 'suspension isn't low, the exhaust is' is pointless arguing that he didn't use the correct measuring equipment and guessed the distance from the ground to the exhaust is the way to go, it's exactly the same premise as when the cock smokers don't get a reading with a speed tracking device but give you a ticket based on how fast the think you were going - easily defendable in court for a lawyer the exhaust manifold - that's a toughie as someone said above they can reissue the fine if they put the wrong details on, the old 'they put the wrong colour of my car on the ticket' or 'one of the letters in the rego looks wrong' loophole with fines is nonexistent now
  21. spotted Chris Rogers in his little Audio Express van thingy asking me if i fixed my air con this morning on gympie road lol
  22. what did you get defected for?
