Damo, I see it a little differently......sounds like sour grapes to me. No doubt he's a buggar for nicking off when you need him the most but what's that got to do with the medal.....he was either best Rookie or he wasn't......he clearly was or he wouldn't have gotten the votes so he clearly deserved the medal for the work during the year. Brendan, Troy's advice seems pretty good mate and as Steve & Jet said, def go see a decent doctor mate Still haven't been to Martin for the ZF tune....been slack What are all the differences that you've noticed since the tranny tune.......tighter gear changes I'm guessing.....has it put any extra strain on the driveline and does it jerk you forward on normal driving or does it still change smooth? Apparently Martin can tune some stall into it as well which will be good for some decent 60ft times......when did Martin do it for you?

Correct Carl....and there's a vast difference between the current class action and what Cooper has gone thru in his post above. The fact that there was no payment in Cooper's claim signified a lack of "admission of guilt" which is how the law reviews a guilty verdict with speeding offenses.........and the judge in his case deemed that there was a statute of limitation on the issue of a summons. This current scenario is different, as the people afflicted by this incompetence from Sapol have at some stage admitted liability just by paying their fines..........issuing of demerit points is as Carl has already stated; there is no statute of limitation on the application of demerit points!!

This should really have its own thread but as long as everyone sees this it won't make much difference. This is a must see on the TRUTHS of Carbon Tax. Notice how we have changed our language in the past year or 2 from "Global Warming" to "Climate Change".....because the former was a lie and there is now evidence by an independent group of international scientists that have given evidence that the earth has in fact cooled in the last century. The Carbon Tax scheme is nothing more that a Wealth Tax to feed Global Banks and will see the same trouble in Europe's economy filter out to Aust......yet we as a whole country have the lowest carbon emissions on the planet.....go figure?!!
