  1. I'm a big fan of the twin can setup that alot of single can guys have converted to after constantly filling their single cans with oil after every track meet. The cylindrical top can to recirculate excess oil out of the cam covers back in and the style of can that you've just bought (that doubles as a washer bottle) to catch the remaining vapour and dregs I've just seen way too many sumps half drained with the single set ups whether it be by worn rings (too much crank case pressure) or incorrect can style & setup Pete, if you do a search, there's a lot of info in the national pages re can setup

  3. Here's something that should interest all "L" & "P" platers. Just saw a show on Chanel 9 where a kid blew .015 and insisted he had nothing to drink (zero tolerance obviously in his case). Proved later that he was affected by his drunk mate passenger....just by inhaling the air that his mate was exhaling in the same car. So the moral of the story is, if you're an "L" or "P" plater, don't kiss drunk chicks (or blokes) and stay away from "close talkers"

  5. Nah bud, I had a LC 200 before Flyboy had his Disco4..........wanted to drive something a little more luxury hence why I traded up. Probably Munro had more of an influence in my final decision.

  19. TBH, I think FB is the best thing that's ever happened....................if you're SAPOL or an Investigator We love it.........makes our job a shitload easier!! The info we pull out of photos alone is priceless.........even if peeps give no other info about themselves. ........and that's the very reason I don't have it.

  23. yeah that's what I thought (trans fluid) Don't start the engine again until you drain the sump......crank counter-weights belting against a sump full of oil is a big no-no
  24. could be a combination of both.......tranny fluid on the ground...engine oil in the cooling system
  25. so the engine still runs but the tranny doesn't engage? was is tranny fluid or engine oil.....or both?
