  1. LOL Luke, them's fighting words!! Your Mum sounds lovely and should disown her ghey son! Hope she has a full recovery, she sounds like a classy lady.
  2. naaaah Guy, he works at the "House of Pain" now!! .........
  3. LOL Andrew, if Dave didn't fag out on us we could've carried 1 each on the plane and drive back on them!!!!!!!!!!
  4. James is correct. If the owner took out a personal loan to purchase the car but wasn't secured against the car then you'd be safe buying it cause if he did the runner the finance institution would chase him. However, if the loan was secured against the car, either pay the finance company direct (and make sure you keep the receipt and have the rego papers) or avoid it with a 10ft pole.
  5. I went to the last one at Port Adelaide in 45 deg heat and I'll be at this one, thanks Scott.

So do we hand the flag to the Saints now and start focusing on next year's season. After the way they treated the Crows yesterday with total contempt, me thinks the only way they're gonna lose a game this year is if you catch them napping................and by a much lower placed team!!

Shame about the short notice Jess........Chad (Dstroy) and I are welding up some new gates for my property tonight unfortunately.
  8. Yeah no probz bud....that's understandable.
  9. Was initially looking at English Staffs.........awesome dogs! Was told that it's good to socialize that particular breed pretty early as they can have issues with other dogs as an adult otherwise....your thoughts? If and when we get a pup, would love to socialize it with other Staffies whilst still a pup......who else on here has one?
  10. LOL Matty......that's the weekend of the SAU-SA Dyno Day By the way, I've been pulling fence posts out with the truck today so pretty stuffed at the moment....I'll have a quick shower and see how I feel about catching up a bit later.
  11. LOL Chad, can you say SNAP!!! We've been looking at American Staffs for the last month and are closer to getting one. New litter was born last week so still too early to leave mum.
  12. LOL Dave & Roo, I just noticed your new titles........learnt the Russian National Anthem yet or what?!
  13. Unfortunately the M/T's are one tyre that no one really discounts. Tyre Power at Brighton or Blackwood would be the go.....try twisting their arm, you never know. I put 305 x 65 x 17 ATR 4 Rib on my truck.........Matty has the MTZ version. Mine are a little noisy on the black top..........I'm guessing his would be worse.
  14. LOL.....prolly my missus in the truck
  15. Here's another stat that media Mike refuses to acknowledge. Mark Borlase of the RAA was recently interviewed by Leon Byner on his talk back show and confirmed that if all the defectable vehicles on the road were to disappear overnight, they would only account for 1% or less of all motor vehicle accidents currently on record. In other words, 99% or more of vehicles involved in motor vehicle accidents are actually considered good road worthy vehicles............so much for our cars being the death traps that Media Mike makes them out to be!! Excessive speed, alcohol & substance abuse and inexperience or inattentiveness are all the contributing factors to motor vehicle accidents............LOL at "Death Traps on Wheels" Mike!! YET, we currently have 550 vehicles a week being defected.........revenue raising or keeping SA safe?! Guess what the No: 1 question is on the SAPOL FAQ website is?? Nothing related to murder, rape, assault, home invasion or robbery! Check it: SAPOL Frequently Asked Questions
  16. yeah heard that. Already been cornered by the Avatar boys at a Darlington servo last Summer.........now I have to carry a bucket of build receipts with me, ROR
  17. just did a speed read of the thread Matty......can't see the dates?? Then again, prolly staring at me!!
  18. yeah not wrong......I'd hold him down for you
  19. hahaha, that wasn't directed at you obviously
  20. Using the truck to pull some fence posts (sunk in concrete) and part of my fence out tomorrow.....anyone got a decent length of heavy chain and driving past tomorrow? Oh and Chad, I'm getting the steel for the gates tomorrow too so I'll probably try and do something this weekend now that I just found out we're not going to Melbourne for another couple of weeks. Oh and Matty, I might try and catch up after all on Sat night.
  21. Hahaha.......and you thought Media Mike was the only one with power to persuade the thoughts and ideas of others. Sorry bud........hope you learnt your lesson, now I'll fix for you.
  22. LOL Dan, if I had an Enzo I would definitely kill myself and anyone else within a 500 metre radius!
  23. Didn't you know it's cool to argue about stuff though??? It makes you sound way cool & smarter than everyone else, yeah..................NOT. My Dad told me years ago that God gave us 2 ears and only 1 mouth for very good reason.........think I said that to someone on here before giving him a few weeks vacation in Siberia, lol. Being argumentitive for arguments sake is so not cool! Wisdom starts with silence! Probably the 1st time in many years that I already know who not to vote for in the next election with very little or no consideration of who the opposition is going to be at the time or what they're offering.......got this bad taste in my mouth that I just have to get rid of. Too much damage has already been done by a very dangerous person.......unfortunately his supporters won't know about his influence and ill effects on society until it's done and dusted. LOL Steve, bring on the crushing I say..........as long as they target the idiots that give the rest of us a bad name and risk innocent lives on the road, I'm all for it. Can't wait to see Tom's ride get crushed.......once a serial hoon, always one!!
  24. I know Nightcrawler has mentioned this before and I tend to agree with him. A little as 6 or 7 years ago, the only peeps that were driving around in Turbo Skylines or Rex's were generally in their mid 20's and up. As the cars have gotten more affordable over recent years, they've fallen into the hands of teenage kids who can't possibly (due to lack of experience) respect the power of these things. And if you tell me that you can be killed just as easily in a 1200cc Corolla, I aint buying it.........you're more likely to test the outer limits of a turbo Skyline or Rex than a little crap box that's only good for the odd donut!
