huh, obviously not your affidavit so why didn't you argue it if you didn't agree with it.....unless it was accurate and you were telling little porkies, yeah .
You're allowed to take written material with you on the stand and refer to it regularly by stating you don't recall a case of events.
Anyone who doesn't keep accurate records along the way in written form is wasting their time in court, they'll tear you apart in 60 seconds if they know you don't recall exactly what took place......all 'T's must be crossed and all 'I's must be dotted otherwise don't bother taking time off work to go and just pay up.
