thanks Matty, I actually went to Jarvis Toyota today and found out that I need to attend to approx 4 recalls since the truck 1st came out in 2007. Bullbar brackets and new tailshaft are 2 of the major ones that need attention.

So you still haven't said whose affidavit it was and why (if you did nothing wrong) you didn't contest it yourself.......you don't need a lawyer if you were as prepared as you say you were. It's worth a crack while you're already there if it means saving some $$ and 3 points possibly....what did you have to lose, you're already there and prepared??

lol, like a home away from home for me unfortunately, but you're right, something about court rooms that you never get to like. huh, obviously not your affidavit so why didn't you argue it if you didn't agree with it.....unless it was accurate and you were telling little porkies, yeah . You're allowed to take written material with you on the stand and refer to it regularly by stating you don't recall a case of events. Anyone who doesn't keep accurate records along the way in written form is wasting their time in court, they'll tear you apart in 60 seconds if they know you don't recall exactly what took place......all 'T's must be crossed and all 'I's must be dotted otherwise don't bother taking time off work to go and just pay up.

Stewy, I've noticed that you sell a few tyres on here and they don't always seem to be the same set that you're trying to sell.....do you run a tyre business or are these just tyres you have lying around at home or are you selling them for someone else?

OK, Damo, now we want to hear your selection for top 4 mods and reasons why.........and if a certain mod comes last I'll sook like a princess and DamageInc, get someone who knows what they're doing to diagnose it properly......I've heard of guys pulling whole engines out and apart to fix a knock that came from the rear of the bottom end (thinking it was a #6 big end) which turned out to be a loose flywheel.

yeah funny how quick the oil gets up there and how slow it drains back, hence why a popular mod is to relieve the oil returns in the head slightly....suppose everything helps. Here are a couple of options that will also help oil drain back while the head's off....welsh plug replacement at the rear of the head and fed back into the sump (just to help speed things along).

yeah there are constant amendments to the Act (every year in fact) and can not only vary between states but also as to whether we're talking wireless, stored communications, B-Party interception or equipment based interception, so either way, I don't think our friend really knows too much about legalities anyway judging by his effort in dealing with potential clientele and in the methods that he uses to advertise.

lol Joel, you redeemed yourself with that last line seriously Damo, unless you've done what Joel and others have done in relation to baffles and restrictors, do not try this method.....2 laps around Malalla and they'll be full. I still believe that the 2 can setup that I described earlier is still the best for no other mods to restrict the oil
