  1. Sure, it's usually $400 - 500 depending on the car and work required. That includes sealant and then wax. If you subtract the sealant and wax in favour of ceramic coat, that's a different quote again. Hope this helps. Tez
  2. Can't even recall posting up this. But thanks Nathan for your ken.
  3. The roof is usually thinner than other parts. I don't know why that's policy since we cop eucalyptus leaves here; and even Hokkaido and northern Honshu will drop a surfeit of pine needles. I opted for ceramic coat, since the paint is so thin. There's also an overlay hardening solution that is to be applied a month later. After getting the car back to-day, I copped a thunderstorm on the M4 at St Marys > Eugene instructed me to wash the car with water only.
  4. I'm showing off again - after the detail that finished to-day with "mxfly" aka Eugene. I opted for the ceramic coat. I got caught up along the fringe of the thunderstorm on the way home > had to wash the car off with plain water.
  5. ^^^ Well you could have named it like how you really are. When personalised plates first came out, I thought of buying PSYCHO after my profession of course.
  6. I was referring to the Bayside Blue V-Spec II that I previously had Alex.
  7. Am about to get Maria 'er ask Maria to translate my section
  8. Eugene says that if it was resprayed, the whole car was done evenly Alex. Twas thick eh? Eugene can add his opinion too I think.
  9. Being detailed as we speak. Eugene's final task before Christmas. A "Before" shot... but Eugene can show just how dirty this was. V-Spec II N1 * Eugene has kept abreast of new processes - a sign of a professional who refuses to stop adding to his wealth of knowledge * New cleaning agents * New polishes to match is array of pads * A choice of post-polish coatings a) quality sealant and quality wax or... b) ceramic coating - yes at extra expense. But that's best to discuss with the expert.
  10. Uforgeddabouddis? Utake! Ignoratownperil.
  11. Clean lines with skirts and pods - good
  12. Hmmm... Hadn't met Colin for 40yrs Needless to say, we had some catching up to do at Jesus Racing's "Life In The Fast Lane". Some people might know his son Adam Leung - Driving Instructor
  13. I didn't know that. Wonder where they've all gone to...
  14. Very nice Steve! Stuff the lawn > save the car!
  15. Owned by Motorman (Qld) I believe Al. Thanks for your comments.
  16. Subject to clients finishing early, I'll be there. Thanks Raj.
  17. Yup > 'pay more for less'. Betcha Eugene is detailing it!
  18. The 'only reason why I might become a moderator' is to erase posts I don't like.
  19. Will try to obtain an old style Nismo one. Constructive comments taken on board. Already have the OEM in good nick. Still waiting on detailing to finish - another 48 hrs. From this... To...
  20. this^^^ If you're in a dead end street, are there any CCTVs at local shops or neighbours?
  21. Introduced into Qld to kill an insect. Now out of control themselves. How would you get rid of them? 1) Can they be eaten after poison glands are removed? 2) Can a sound engineer find a frequency that drives them nuts or acts as a contrraceptive (since they need a certain type of call to find a mate)?
  22. Found in Canals around Kingscliff near the NSW QLD border. These can hugely affect biodiversity. How do you or would you kill them?
  23. Difficult to kill in Qld over 10 yrs and still going. Now in Perth and Port Botany in Sydney. How do you or would you kill off the nests?
  24. There are guys along Parramatta Rd who are experienced at it. Pro bono - they are not.
  25. For media and Scipione to quote, "We have the best negotiators... " was reprehensible when MHM was watching. And now the media will print some article called "The barista, the barrister and the bastard". MHM had no right to be out on bail. He had not right to Centrelink benefits. And he had no right to be here. But I do pray for families and friends of the barista, the barrister and the bastard.
