  1. rs73, i'm using whiteline swaybars but i dont think these are to blame...ive ran whiteline swaybars on my old wrx and this car for about a year and a half and have never had a problem. i think its more nissan's failure to make strong swaybar brackets roy, im using stock swaybar mounts or its more a bracket actually. im getting it all fixed tomorrow so i'll try and get my mechanic to take some pics of the damage and the end result... silver-arrowz, my mechanic has seen the same problem on 200sx's too....
  2. wow you go to extraordinary lengths to machine rotors! my mechanic has a machine that does the rotor on the axle and does it for like $15 a corner.
  3. my second swaybar mount broke tonite (front passenger side), or it could've been slowly falling off over the past couple of days no im really unsure. my kit has been on the car for atleast a year and half now with several trackdays under my belt and its a daily driven car which frequents difficult terrain (read: speed bumps and what not). just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same issue? i ran aftermarket stiffer swaybars on my old wrx and never came across this before, however, i have heard of it being a common occurence....in any case, its an easy fix when you have a MIG welder around...
  4. were you in your car, and did you have a squirt? i think i was next to you a couple of weeks ago on george st outside qvb one firday or saturday night actually

  6. i dont think theres even 4 doors on mack trucks :)
  7. hey, i think you were really lucky to get away with the no cat fine! i heard it was much more than 5k!!! anyways, a catalytic convertor is a massive restriction in your exhaust system, its not .5 of a kw, try 10+ !!! as i know it, with an aftermarket ecu or any modification that alters the induction or exhaust emissions of a car is deemed unroadworthy unless it meets standard epa regulations - this means air pod, exhaust, bov, ecu etc. all they are trying to do is keep environmental pollution to a minimum and save this dying earth.....

  11. yo girlfriend, its ya birthday.....! well dont dude. notched up another one on the belt. congrats.
  12. meggala has just informed me that ER34 skylines, ie. RB25 NEO engines will require top feed high impedance injectors........... could you PLEASE get some info/pricing on these beasts?!
  13. this is top stuff enrico! can you please find out if they will fit an ER34 Skyline ie. R34 GTT as i've heard mixed stories of what injectors i need for my RB25... cheers

  17. i dont need to lower mine anymore than it is dude, i scrub my centre muffler now as it is. sometimes i scrape my front bar and rear skirts too. going low in australia is just not practical. yeah of course my wing impedes my vision but only at certain angles, otherwise its fine.
  18. i guess it does come down to how tolerant you are to cold water hey everyone is different i guess... i've got the 2/2 long sleeve spring suit, i think i should get the hotskin rash shirt aswell now even though its a sealed suit! but thanks for your input!
  19. thomas, i personally like wings, but i think yours is a little too high. in essence, i'm a wing man. i think a wing gives it the "racer" look instead of a pimp daddy look. with no wing it makes the car look like it needs to be slammed on the floor with clear tail lights and a sick doof doof system.
  20. dock starts are okay, but man, id hate to be you when you fall in with just boardies and vest and sub 13 degree water!!! rained out today. sux. snowboarding next weekend, yay!
  21. shuddup man! it'll be fine!!! what do you use in winter? my friends have dry suits, but at $700 .... i dont think its worth it.
  22. shitttt.............too late! i got a salomon long sleeve spring suit for $330, fully sealed today... has a really nice design to it with a smoothie section on the chest and additional peaces of neoprene to help with sealing it...we'll see how it goes in sub 13degree waters tomorrow (hope it stops raining!). if its too cold still i'll get a hot skin rash shirt which i can use under the wetty and also in april through june and november and december...
  23. 7mm is a very thick wetsuit dude! for diving this would be appropriate but where you need mobility i dont know if it'd work? in any case, i bought a 2mm long sleeve spring suit fully sealed. i was sweating in it from just trying it on at home, so i hope it works ok.
