email pdf to [email protected] please -
last time i checked the local exchange rate on the "kw" was about $5 per 1kw, but on the stock exchange things move so quickly so dont quote me on that. in all seriousness you cant just turn money into an exact kw figure. There are a whole host of different and expensive or cheap mods that can be done for power, ie an exhaust would probably gain more than 10kw or it could gain less it all depends on too many factors

Got a question here as well. How are women treated in japan in comparo to men? Are they treated as equals or is it more traditional ie: men work, women stay home and look after children etc type affair?

Melbourne? Whats with the EPA and the Police - discuss here
Intensevil replied to Starionturbo's topic in Victoria
if your car passes all the tests, epa and rwc etc. And it cost you money, couldnt you try push this bill onto the copper who forced you to waste your money? Loosing 200 bucks for absolutly no reason at all other than a suspiscion is ridiculous and shouldnt be footed by the innocent -
Anyone know anyone that might know someone who knows?
Intensevil replied to inark's topic in General Automotive Discussion
should try what simon did. Create a promo vid on cd or vhs and spam a few potential sponsors with it. Try hook up with a tire company for obvious reasons but also just anyone whos willing to pay for advertising. Most obvious would be car related companies so get a 50 spindle of cd's, make a nice promo movie with emphasis on what sponsoring will do for the company and spam away -
dirty contact perhaps? or maybe hte speakers are blown

how much can i bargin a 2nd hand car down to ?
Intensevil replied to skylinedrifter's topic in General Automotive Discussion
Why would you want to buy from a dealership anyway? Private has so many more advantages because it cuts out the money hungry middle man. Private sold cars are cheaper. You get to speak to the previous owner so you'll be able to tell just how the car was treated. They are negotiable on an already low price (in comparison to dealers). I say do your research and find out what similar cars are selling for so you know what the cars real value is -

Query : Australian Road Laws ??
Intensevil replied to sx_iest's topic in General Automotive Discussion
bov's are illegal because they are dumping air into the atmosphere without passing through a catalytyc converter. It doesnt matter that they do not have any gasses in them its just a stupid loophole law that exists to annoy people. In vic we also have hte power / weight law and capacity / weight laws. In most cases its either an airfilter or a fmic, not both (unless the vehicle came with a fmic stock). -
POWER RESTRICTIONS APPROVED, to be introduced in 2005
Intensevil replied to 78vbsle's topic in General Automotive Discussion
just u guys wait till a "pettite" rocks up in nsw, ur going to hate this new law a lot, guaranteed -
thats just plain stupid. 2jz have crazily strong internals too. Stock internals have broken over 600hp and they rev out pretty high as well

never buy a package pc, its almost always cheaper to buy seperate components from wholesalers and build it urself

Young drivers face fast car ban
Intensevil replied to XtRoN!C's topic in General Automotive Discussion
Statistics never lie, its the people who present them that warp them and make them suit their own purpose. I think the whole power to weight thing is absolute bull crap now anyway. power to weight = acceleration, not speeding. Any car can speed, hell my 85 celica will break 180 if i poke it with a stick, my car is not a high powered vehicle but im at just as much a risk of dieing as every other motorist on the road. Its not the cars that are causing the crashes, its the people. in a similar vain to "guns dont kill people, people kill people" same thing goes for cars. Seriously if you really think about it, just how many crashes are there that are caused because the car was too powerfull for the driver? Odds are your only going to be able to recall the accidents that you see publisized on tv. You know why? because such accidents are a rarity. Most accidents actually occur to people under the speed limit. but all this is stupid becasue our government is a bunch of money hungry arsehats. Why focus on safety when they could rip us for a large some of money in the name of "safety", then just spew years and years of speed kills adds to brainwash people into thinking that speed does actaully kill. -
Can someone explain this out to me, I lost track after the mines_datsun crash story. Is redfc his brother or something?

Intensevil replied to The Jake's topic in General Automotive Discussion
if you want to get technical its a 4A-GEU, not a 4a-ge!!! and its not some slight turning ot reach 11k rpm, u need some serious money to reach that level. An entire forged botem end for one is a necesity -
