  3. haha no pressure. I actually have a friend who just did his first cycle, has a week left and put on about 8kgs. We think he will drop bit of that weight cause he said he put most of it on in a week or two.. was interested in how much Vspec managed to keep. I cant really risk roids due to having a heart condition called ARVD especially if all I was hoping to gain and manage to keep is like 4-5kg, which is a good gain i realise but the risk to the reward not really there.

  7. I wonder how much size people actually have put on through crossfit training only... I can see how you would loose fat from it, but I tend to wonder how a ecto would go at actually putting on size... Guess if their diet was good they probably would but you would probably need to eat even more calories to make up for the amount burnt from an hour in crossfit.... anyone agree or disagree?
  8. Birds loves to troll. the blokes i watched do the circuit at the Gym expo in Sydney this year were all fit and some of em had some decent size on them as well. It's all an interest though Also i laughed at their pull ups or kipping whatever it is.
  9. the local Crossfit gym near me has been posting some of their event videos. Some of the shit they do looks real challenging. The staple workouts that they have online look to be pretty dam hard. Rekon I'd die giving them ago. I can see the appeal to it and power lifting comps though, the competition is motivation to push yourself harder and harder. not that it relates to any of the above conversations.
  10. 1785 is pretty small. Across 3 meals a day its only 595 calories. Fairly easy if you ask me.

  15. he was smaller when he was younger, but he said it didnt take him long to put size on. He had a pretty decent foundation to work with as far as height, weight and width goes.

  18. have heard that working the obliques and deadlifts thicken the waist area which in turn makes the 'V' harder to get. guess you have to decide what look you're after and go from there. Also Birds out of interest can you post your routine (if you havent already)? Also, reps range that you go for, rest between sets, rep times ie 3-1-3?
  19. how does everyone find the Bulk Nutrients products? Notice any actual difference when making the switch?
  20. the fact that they are playing football at that level makes a massive difference. probably been in the gym since the age of 14 or there abouts. Taught how to lift properly and what to do to gain difference results. add that with the demands of their cardio workouts allows them to burn the fat off enough to eat crap food.
  21. approx how much life?? I have about 30k life, do 17k damage (crits are fairly high though I think anywhere from 20-50k now). my resistance certainly isnt high enough 250-300 I believe.

  23. dunno why everyone complains about latency issues. I rarely have problems. At times I do get a little lag i'll admit, but not often. can understand why people playing hardcore complain though.... but those people are honestly retarted.
