  1. I have some Swiss stuff at home, but its the herbal formula, dont take it to regularly due to me always dry wrenching after breakfast. Must admit, Ive used multi's in the past and never really noticed a difference, but thats how it is with fish oil for me as well.

  6. weight fluctuation is normal Mel, I am currently floating between 68.5 and 70.5, don't be to concerned about it at the moment.
  7. GT what is it that you actually do? I have to agree fatburner capsules for a beginner who isnt looking to compete in comps seems like a waste. Don't know if I agree about not having a protein shake all that can do is help? For the OP its all about calories out vs calories in. High protein low carb diets work a treat but you have to keep at them. I would also recommend doing some sprint training. My cousin did it for awhile and he managed to strip heaps of fat whilst retain some good size.

  9. anyone know a good gym near Prestons/Casula in NSW??? Current GYM is over populated and the equipment is mostly poor quality and not enough of. Last night I was at the gym for what felt like forever because we couldnt get the machines and benches that we needed. Wating 5-10min for every exercise is never good.   11. G'day All, I have a ferret that I really dont have the time to look after properly. Giving him away with cage, beds, food dish, water etc. Never used for rabitting, desexed (male) and degland. Very friendly, white in colour and a funny little animal. Colour is white - called him Garth, he a couple years old. Rarely bites as well. Not sure what else to say so if you're interested pm.   12. anyone here tried doing slow reps? get the set to last near 70seconds. I have been giving it a go and cannot lift near the same amount of weight. example is for bench 3seconds down, at at the bottom and 1 second up. recommend giving it a go for a change.
  13. id get an adjustable bench so you can do incline and or decline. dips are a good idea as well. would also be interested to see their pulley system as it could be worth a look at. quality and price i dont know about.

  15. As a ectomorph i get tired of endos and meses telling me "just eat more" when I already eat to the point of throwing up. Just going to throw it out there, its as hard for some people to eat as it is for others not to eat. End of the day being ecto or endo or mes is just a hurdle. Not impossible to gain, loose or improve.
  16. one thing I have noticed over the past 6-8months hard work pays off. I am in no way shape or form an impressive specimen but I have been training alot harder, more regularly and I have gotten bigger. I am also a skinny guy, just under 6ft and only just hitting 70kg. if my diet was in check i'd wager my gains would be even better.
  17. do we get to see the after pics?? not much advice to offer apart from work hard and eat well. I would imagine if you want to model a little then come weights now would be beneficial?
  18. hear what you're saying and have heard that unless natural test is down a supplement wont do much. That being said my levels are fine and the last time i got on a test supplement I did see improvements in my lifts. Placebo effect maybe but ill see how I go and let you know if there are any noticeable differences.
  19. brought some GAT Testagen (testosterone) pills, will let you know how they go. also got GAT JetFuse NOX see if its better then Jacked3D Also GAT Creatine, this will be the second batch im on, really enjoy the flavor, I actually look forward to having it of a night time so I recommend people to take it.
  20. yea received the email, I really hope they open up another couple of servers, its real annoying when you log on to play and have to wait 10-15min due to the server being full. I am getting great latency most I have seen was 40, compared to the 100-400 on the us servers.

  23. So my shoulder has been getting better, pain seems to be going slowly so I am keeping a close eye on it, icing if it gives me any issue and lifting lighter. The workout I have been doing is a 3 phase workout over 9 weeks. Designed to hit all aspects of training - general size, strength and conditioning. After night one I have seen good gains in my lift just about across the board except on my shoulders where I had to go lighter. Before: Bench Press: 50kg x 10 reps 40kg x 10 reps 40kg x 10 reps Dumbell Incline: 10kg x 10 reps 10kg x 10 reps 10kg x 10 reps Machine Flys: 37kg x 10 reps 37kg x 10reps 39kg x 10 reps Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 12.5kg x 10 reps 12.5kg x 6 reps 10kg x 8 reps Dumbbell Lateral Raise: 4kg x 10 reps 4kg x 10 reps 4kg x 10 reps Last Nights Lifts: Bench: 50kg x 10 reps 50kg x 10 reps 50kg x 8 reps Dunbbell Incline: 15kg x 10 reps 17.5kg x 8 reps 17.5kg x 8 reps Machine Fly: 45kg x 10 reps 52kg x 10 reps 52 x 9 reps Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 10kg x 10 reps 10kg x 10 reps 10kg x 10 reps Dumbbell Lateral Raises: 6kg x 10 reps 6kg x 10 reps 6kg x 10 reps So if anything I am lifting more this time around so the workout is doing at least something.   24. Just a bit of news. Hit 71.4kg last night on the scales. Looks like I have finally broke into the 70kg mark. Managed to do incline bench last night with no pain in my shoulder. Moved over to Chin ups and the pain came back with a vengence. Stopped before I finished 1 rep. The workout I am currently doing has three phases to it over 9 weeks. Basically 3 weeks of growth, 3 weeks of strength and 3 of overall conditioning. When you say clicking what do you mean? I know when I do some exercises I feel a bit of a click in the shoulder but there is no pain. Example of that is machine shoulder press, my spotter needs to help my left arm drop the weight back down completely, this however does hurt if he doesnt help. However this same thing doesnt happen with dunbell shoulder press or military press... Will post some of my lifting logs soon.
  25. its not the most pain i have ever been in but it is noticeable. After the workout last night it hurt a little for no reason but woke up this morning and was fine. My form and technique is generally pretty good, i try to focus more on good form rather then big lifts. guess I'll just lift and if it hurts stop. Dont want to do bad damage to it and screw myself completely.
