  1. benched 60kgs on Monday night. Happy with the results with what I started with, but that being said I want more. Last few increases in weight have been difficult.
  2. could just be something brewing in my stomach or it could be some size, but I weighed in at 68.4kg this morning before breakfest. just thought I would share. We have also gone off the full body workouts onto a more bulking style of approach. I will vary slightly from my spotter and go heavy heavy heavy as he is still cutting weight though.
  3. they differ oral steroids are real bad for your liver, apparently much healthier to inject. its been an avenue that I have thought about going down because I get frustrated to be honest but not something that I have tried or even know anyone who has tried. GTR the only reason id get on em is for the fast growth not because i want to get dressed in spandex, stink to high heaven of fake bronze tan and enter a competition.
  4. depending on the juice, the cycle and some other factors, you can keep most of the size not all of it. thats too my knowledge, have only briefly looked into it
  5. id be keen for the roids mate if it was there for me, still have to train right and eat right though
  6. Dumbbell Shoulder Press 15kg by 10 reps, should be moving up to the 17.5s... Full squat 80kg by 8 reps Bench Press 60kg by 8 reps Deadlifts: 70kg by 8 reps not as impressive as some of your lifts, but I have been steadily improving.
  7. in deadlifts, not sure how it fixed the form, maybe i thought about it more, was less relaxed, cant explain it. But i had no back pain on my spine, which is where i get it usually, and the next day my muscles in my lower back were in pain. I've never seen the fuss with deadlifts and why they are so important. Well I am now converted I can assure you of that. Will try the belt tonight with squats, see if it does the same thing (though my form with squats is pretty good and my legs hurt afterwards).
  8. i got one of those belts to try and get rid of some bad form. works a treat, would recommend to anyone. feel a bit uncomfortable and a little ghey with it, but was the best thing ive done. my back after deadlifts had more pain then ever but it was good pain.
  9. Pac is on HGH, hardly call him a champion but yea, you can be bigger then your body type and still win. But I agree with some of the points Majestic made, best physical shape for martial arts has to cater to your body type.
  10. i have read that lifting weights doesnt slow you down. But it can have other effects. generally serious martial artist lift for different purposes. For example MMA fighters do alot of power training and explosive movements. Also they do more full body workouts rather then focusing on say chest on day 1
  11. are we talking pounds here??? The whole app being able to estimate your 1mr is just a feature. Is pretty close to the mark to be honest. I went 2kg over the weight and had horrible form. What I like about it is that it tracks what I am doing and keeps me motivated, makes me think I can do more!!
  12. hop skip and jump of course
  13. Krav Maga looks good, but I am told it is marketed even better. There is meant to be a real good Krav school in Melbourne, not sure where though. I'd Like to give Escrima/Kali ago but not many places teach it full time. Its usually offered as a secondary kinda thing. Best form of street self defense is track and field events.
  14. bjj sucks balls imo, too slow until you roll with high belts. Also its like a chess game, opponent does this, i try this yadda yadda. If you compete in BJJ all you need to win is a decent takedown and to control the opponent. Just my opinion, i did it cause i was competing in mma.
  15. Boxing for a year MMA for 2 years had to stop due to health BJJ purple belt same excuse as above. Now getting into taekwando for a bit of fun and a friend is opening his own gym so no fees. Also have a small background in wrestling
  16. yea, I am trying to drink more milk and juice for extra calories. Fat shake at night etc. Update on the Jefit program. Looks good, calculates what your 1max rep should be (providing you are lifting properly and struggling). Set up goals, takes all of your measurements yadda yadda. Even shows graphs for your progress from the look of things.
  17. just downloaded the Jefit app to my phone. Basically tracks your workouts and what you're lifting etc etc. seems easy enough to use, I just need to configure it properly. website is http://www.jefit.com/ if anyone else is interested.
  18. yea, not something you want to get into light heartedly... biggest issue is finding the good info from the bad and then of course finding a good supplier yadda yadda
  19. i have no motivation to run unless its some sort of sport. Dont know how you guys do it. I take my hat off to you.
  20. hit a PB with squats last night. No where near as impressive as you guys but still, I was happy with the effort.... 80kg
  21. is that two days worth of plans or just the one??
  22. yeah, look im not stupid, so i dont take things the wrong way. I realise that Im not going to pack on the pounds and what have you. My biggest issue is actually eating. I have been on 3500 calorie diets before with no gain, reason why? I was on the toilet shitting and spewing all day long. Pretty much have to increase the size of my stomach slowly as I go. Also looking at my family and the way my father and brother put on weight, I should start seeing gains quicker now as my metabolism will probably start slowing down around 23. Please dont see this as an excuse, I have tried it all before. I cant even stomach the massive calorie shakes like Steroid mass and what not and Ive tried them all.
  23. We have been doing the full body workouts as a bit of a break from the usual, Chest/triceps, back/biceps and shoulder/legs. Has been interesting with mixed results I guess. In some aspects I feel that I have grown (especially in the biceps) where in others I feel that I have gotten weaker (squats). Diet is something like this: 7:00am Breakfest: 3-4 eggs, orange juice and my pill stack which consists of: Multi Vitamen, Fish Oil, Testosterone and Acai Berry 10:00am Snack: either a protein shake or a tuna and cheese melt 12 or 1pm Lunch: whatever I can get my hands on, today I have a cup of white rice and a chicken fillet. 3pm Snack: the opposite of what I had in the morning Whenever Dinner is: whatever the old lady cooks I try to devour. I am going to add another couple of shakes into the mix. Ill probably firm up the morning snack to the melt, and have the afternoon one as a shake because I get to gym around 5:30-6pm. After Gym I will start to have a shake waiting in my car to drink on the way home. Last shake will probably be a hour or so before bed, and more of a smoothie with fruit and yogurt and what have you, just to bump up the calories. During my workout I am starting a cycle of BCAA, which the guy at supplement wharehouse recommended to help the protein hit the muscles faster and stay longer. See if it makes a difference. I have been on createin before but never really noticed anything, so I have gone off it over the past couple of months. I should probably get back on it. Cheers,
  24. its all good guys!!! Everyone has different opinions about what works best and yadda yadda. My opinion is as long as you use correct form and work hard, then you should be right. Diet is my killer!! It is horrible, if i eat 5-6meals in a day i am lucky... But I am going to try and sort that out sooner rather then later.
  25. I go to the worst gym as far as douchbags go. Planet Fitness in Casula.... pleanty of kids with massive amounts of attitude, older blokes who think they know everything and lets not forget the roid freaks who think they are better then everyone. Thats what you get when you pay $7.00 a week membership I guess
