  2. fair enough. well I went to the supplement shop last night to get some creatine..... came home with GAT JetMass which ive had before, real good flavour, mixes easy and i notice no difference between it and any other creatine ive had. also picked up some tribulus which in the past I have noticed some strength increases on it, just want to try and get over a couple bumps and support the new diet. lastly i brough Ronnie Colemans Ressurect. This stuff is like Dorian Yates GH Blast but not as potent. All it is is a bunch of different ingredients to help sleep, release of growth hormone and grow in size. Mostly i think its a lot of marketing bs, but after reading some reviews of the side effects that people have had whilst on this stuff, i wanted to give it a go. Pleanty of claims on the packets about revolutionary new supplement technology and blah blah blah which i didnt buy into. As above, got it basically to try it and because Ive been struggling with sleep at the moment. Took half a scoop last night, within 2 minutes I felt it. My body relaxed, heavy eye lids almost felt stoned. When I let myself go to sleep, I slept like a log, which isnt uncommon for me. My gf said that the dog was barking outside our window and the cat was meowing to get let in neither of which I heard. I dont think this is definitive proof of anything because generally I am a heavy sleeper. Anyway I havent experienced any side effects, maybe a slight tinge to my head, but no complaints. When I woke up i definatley felt refreshed and was unable to go back to sleep once i woke up. That is something that has never happened before. The only thing is im still yawning and had heavy eye lids for about an hour after. Will let you know how the Ronnie stuff goes for those who are interested.

  4. me and my spotter are pretty bad when it comes to squats. We do it in a big squat rack at the gym, like a power rack but this one has welded bars for you if you cant lift it to drop it onto. basically if we cant do it, we help each other drop it onto those bars (not from a height tho) i have also been guilty of just pushing him forward so the bar dropped down.... possibly lucky he didnt hurt himself.....
  5. my cousins gf got a personal trainer that used to squat with her.... she said it was real uncomfortable, brought it up with the guy he backed of, but had again whilst squatting had is hands round her waste. her sessions with the PT stopped after that.

  11. guy I used to train with in MMA Rob Lisita only small, but a solid build none the less. Also a strong little sucker as well

  16. what app do you use troy and how do you enter the foods in? from actual measurements or just guesses? also in all seriousness, has anyone actually tried Alburtrex? I have heard both good and bad things about it and its effects.

In seriousness though, I have done bench, military and a few other lifts with the belt on (because I couldnt be bothered to take it off after squats and carry it around) but my lifts were pretty good with it. Felt stable and a little stronger. But that could come down to a number of different factors, diet for example could have been real good. Just saying. we got these kids that come to my gym, they are about 50-60kg only real young. Worst form of concentration curls I have ever seen. Really throw their whole weight into it and sling their entire arm. It really is funny. Tried to help them out and tell them they are doing it wrong, go lighter the response i got was a beaut "what would you know?"

  22. i developed reflux recently. Its real bad to. Cant drink a protein shake, milk is a struggle, anything acidic like orange juice is murder.
