  3. yeah doctors have just told me to take it a bit easy with regards to lifting. In regards to breathing, I try to make sure that I continue breathing the entire way through each rep and exercise. Can't hurt the machine, heart maybe but the machine is fine. No need to feel bad bout the supplements mate, I don't take it to heart. Half the crap I buy is really only to try not because I think I'll turn into the hulk from it. This year I am trying to concentrate on eating good quality food to gain weight.
  4. can see a lump in one of my pics from my build on the left peck. had to get a pacemaker and defibrillator put into my chest due to a heart disease which could kill me at anytime. Defrib is meant to stop me from dieing. Also means I am not meant to make my heart rate really spike like sprint training and the likes. Feels uncomfortable at times on bench because the muscle stretches, I can really feel the device and its wires.
  5. thanks. Understand it. been lifting heavier as of late for less reps. There is a definite degree of satisfaction from it. But its real uncomfortable for chest because of my defibrillator but probably just need to get used to it.
  6. Thanks TTT does it help hit target the chest more or is the benefit more for heavy lifting? if that makes sense....
  7. question about the bench lifts.... isnt that giant curve bad for the actual body and bad technique or form?
  8. also just read the Stronglifts.com 5x5 workout and diet. he is of the opinion that all supplements are b/s, eat whatever you like, train hard enough and you'll end up with a good build.
  9. dont bring me into this. Try one extra supplement then everyone else and never live it down.

  18. u mean to tell me steak doesnt taste like fruit?? one thing that I dislike about American supplement brands (could be others as well), but they dont have to back up their nutritional claims with any science. so they can say 350% more blah blah then real steak, but dont have to show any real supporting evidence.

  22. hehe i felt strong when i did 130kg for 5 reps.... would insert a sexist remark here but cant due to video of the 58kg women being stronger then me.... where do i deposit my man card as i wont be needing it for awhile?
  23. i was real stiff for the first few runs, then loosened up towards the end but it didnt feel like i was as quick as i normally am. once i cooled down, i felt it, legs cramped up was so hard to get out of my car
