    Well, I had a hole in my original factory front pipe which sounded terrible, but once we fitted the new JJR pipe up the car generally sounds a whole lot smoother, with a nicer exhaust note and it seems to drive nicer also.

    No joke Ben Grey Imports fitted it up for me. You do need to be weary when fitting any front pipe that when you are removing sections of the exhaust its possible to shift the rest of the system in the process which can result in the problems you have had. As others pointed out its usually a case of trial and error and hanger/mount adjustment where applicable to get it spot on Nick

    I would say that most dealers wouldn't keep them in stock due to their price - They are VERY expensive and on par with ARC as the best you can buy from Japan.

    You should not need to modify it at all. Grey Imports fitted mine up in about 30 minutes with absolutely no headaches at all

    New cranks are difficult to find at the moment, factor that into your considerations as well Im with Beer Baron on this one, if you are planning to switch to a big single, the cost comparison between rebuilding your 2.6 with forged components and purchasing one of the available Japanese 2.8 kits be it an HKS or Tomei version, make the stroker kit a much more attractive option.

    It depends on your car, your engine setup, how often you punish/trackday your car etc. I use a Trust 10 row kit on my GTR producing 500awhp and its fine.

    Doesnt sound right - Are you sure its the front pipe and are you sure its hitting the floorpan? I'd bet its more likely you exhaust system knocking around if you shifted it while fitting the front pipe.
