Frankly I dont like this thread one bit. In fact, post some proof that justifies this threads existance or I will have it removed. The last thing we want after DESCR8 is more "Watch out for" threads which are based solely on some stupid misunderstanding

Look at the end of the say, if you want to be sure of the quality of workship available, have a look at the cars that are churned out.

The problem is that people tend to expect such a high level of service but they fail to realise that many performance shops get VERY VERY busy and when you have customers in every direction and its all happening it can be hard to give that extra attention that some people look for.

Craig, its not terribly hard to work out who you are talking about. I would ask that any comments wether positive or negative concerning the quality of work carried out by a workshop be based on your own experience, not that of your mate. While I have never had mechanical work done at Advan, I have always found Peter to be very helpful especially considering my tendancy to go there at the busiest of times!

Well to those of you who didnt come along last night you missed another great monthly dinner. The night definately highlighted some extremely poor co-ordination skills from a select few, Hi Dino :wavey: - but the food once again was great. CONAN: The HKS T51R really isnt the right turbo to go with your cat back exhaust and air filter. Look at the power rating on this turbo, as per BMT's posts above and it should be clear to you that a full engine build would be required on an RB25 to have any hope of sustaining the power that this turbo can produce.
