    Tequila!!!

My god. :werd: Merli, some tragic party memories at that hole.
  3. Be sure to give us your hotel room number
  4. If its minor thats a peice of cake to clear. Minor means any pink slip garage basically. Plenty of places that will do a basic roadworthy check for you and clear it.
  5. 1. BOV is illegal, no two ways about it 2. Technically, if the wheels are more than an inch wider or larger than stock, they require an engineers sign off to be deemed safe and accapetable 3. There is no clearance rule in terms of tyres & guards to my knowledge, other than no part of the wheel or tyre should foul/scrub on any part of the inner guard or suspension. If it does, and there are marks to prove it, then there are grounds for a defect 4. You need to have a tyre placard, the fact you dont have one will more than likely cause the officer to further doubt the legality of your wheels and tyres, particularly when they probably have no idea what size the car came with factory 5. If the officer suspects your exhaust is too big or too loud, they can send you to the EPA for testing to ensure your exhaust complies with the DB limit. To clear it either replace your exhaust with a standard system for testing or try and quieten your existing exhaust down to a suitable level. 6. Loose wires? Odd one - police normally wouldnt go to such effort when defecting so obviously it just wasnt your day. Try and clean the wires up The end
  6. www.nismo.com.au They have a very good condition 1996 model, wine red and dead stock. Price I believe is around $22k
  7. Im interested in the "full kit" explaination as well, as far as I know the "full kit" from HKS is the turbochargers, HKS actuators, lines and gaskets. Care to elaborate?
  8. Im using Motul 300v, expensive but very good oil. I have been using this since I got my R 18 months ago
  9. Dont try and catch that one
  10. You have an Apexi RSM already, why the hell do you want a Type 1?
  11. Cef: Your a discount bitch To answer your questions on Johns behalf, the discounts will be deducated off the current catalouge pricing on their website. Remember, to get a discount on items not in stock, they must be paid for when you place your order on Saturday. Not sure on price matching - this is a stock take sale with heavy discounts already being applied. I dont believe there will be any sort of price matching considering its already a sale. Rest assured UAS will look after as best they can. Hope this helps Nick

  15. Chris, hold on just a second. As it happens I know of at least two others on SAU who have been badly shafted by DESCR8, although not to the extent of $7400, who have yet to see this thread. In my opinion, until DESCR8 comes good on his promise and pays back g00kboi, and settles his issues with other members, the big issue is far from over. One thing I do agree on is being very careful at this time and not jeopardising g00kbois immediate chance of being reimbursed. If and when this occurs, then and only then should any further action be considered. Also regarding the business Vs. individual slandering, I see your point, however many of those who have been screwed by DESCR8 have documentation and evidence of conversations between themselves and Jordan, so there are no unfounded accusations flying, and no rumours as Jordan has admitted being at fault. As far as im concerned, this thread is ok and its staying open to inform SAU's members of the progress of this situation. I would however like to see it trimmed back and certain comments and threats being removed. Nick

  20. Well looks like we have opened a can of worms here. Considering the quanities of these things people want to order, is this still going to be a goer Rezz?
  21. 1 Please.
  22. Debt recovery is a good call. Police may not be terribly interested in this, of course people may want to explore that further by taking copies of email correspondance and as much evidence as possible. Have any of the individuals who have been shafted tried to call his work and ask for him?
