    Sadly your chances are slim to none. They are near impossible to find now in Japan, and don't think that because its Japan they will be much cheaper than here as there is the same if not more demand for them over there and they are fetching some huge prices second hand!

    I have a stack of pics of the R1 on my other machine. The staff at Nismo kindly bought the R1 and the Z Tune down for Beer Baron and I to photograph on one of our previous trips. Awesome car.

    I would not be trusting a $22 ebay bleed valve to adequately control boost on a modified R33 GTR.

    Couldn't have said it better. Problem is most people have no idea what it takes to 'build' a GTR, nor the costs involved in running and maintaining one.

    The HKS Super Dragger is very old and is no longer made. Your best bet is to get a quiet street system, like the Kakimoto Regu 06&R. I have seen a lot of different exhaust systems out of Japan and in terms of build quality, the Kakimoto is up there as one of the best.

    Ben spent a lot of money on that car, and used only the best engine and tuning workshops here in Sydney so you can have complete faith in what he told you. I would be considering taking the car to another workshop.

    Yep, in Japan there was the Starlet GT, and the newer Starlet Glanza, both ran 4E-FTE engines.

    Vince, if your in Sydney, Dart Automotive can help you. They welded my Trust sump and several others for SAU members and did an excellent job.

    Did you guys bother to pay any attention to who is selling the parts on Ebay? Its Hi Octane Racing - They own the car. It pays to actual read things before you start throwing suggestions of dodgy sellers around.

    Sounds way too cheap to me, thats way under their cost in Japan.

    I fitted one to my R32 GTS-T. Straight fit, significant difference in performance and no problems to speak of
