  1. ^^ Shorter piping the better, less time for the air to get from the turbo to the intercooler to the inlet plenum. The quicker the air gets into the engine the more responsive it is. What you want to use the car for? Drag? Circuit? If for drag racing, use Tube and Fin for better flow as you spend less time on the track / drag strip. So you'd want as much air as possible in a short amount of time. Bar and Plate will be better suited to Circuit as you'd spend more time on the track. Temps can rise rapidly so you'd want the best cooling.
  2. LOL! Whats a bit torrent?
  3. Probably Kory (guy who took the photos) Wouldn't blame him though... Alex did a good job with the GTR look. Besides the people with trained eyes for GTS-T / GTR, those who are not familiar would just have probably just picked it as a GTR due to the front bar, spoiler, side skirts, FMIC etc..
  4. The title of your pics says "R33GTR with some serious low!"
  5. SAU VIC member Birds, gave me one. The poster skipped a few R34 GTR's. They could have put in the base model or V-Spec / V-Spec II or N1 or Nur, either one would have been good. Having said that, it's a good poster.
  6. From memory, the vented bonnets come with a backing plate that bolt up to cover the vents from underneath. Usually you'd do it on a rainy day as you'd wouldn't worry about venting heat as the outside temps would be lower.
  7. LOL! Actually look OK.
  8. The friend you know of, works at the actual Nismo Omori Factory, Japan?
  9. Hah! I'ma been around.
  10. ^^ Yeah this! Cause you are selling you car?!
  11. Hell yeah! If, a 10 second car straight from factory, I'd take it as a daily driver
  12. You mean like this?
  13. Could be the lighting of the photo as well. But yeah, it does look quiet close.
  14. Stock R34 GTR. Nismo R34 GTR. In built bonnet lip spoiler on top of the grill. Front grill sides are more angular in shape for more aggressive look. There are 2 vents, one on each side of the front bar. 2 extra vents next to the indicators. The vent under the indicator protrudes out for more of an aggressive look. Nismo Z-Tune. Similar to the Nismo front bar, but vents next to the indicator have been removed. The vents under the indicator have been revised, as it protrudes out further joining on to the lower vent making it a 1 piece.
  15. Hey! The Nismo front bar would be a factory option. The picture you added is still the stock GTR front bar (non Nismo) but has Nismo Vents (front and side). Some call it "N1" Vents, but I believe they are Nismo items. It is an add on for better direct air flow and cooling for the oil cooler if / when installed. I assume the R34 GTR was a full import to the UK, couldn't tell you if they were a local import to the UK, as in sold at a local Nissan dealer.
  16. Would be hard to actually find he "Nismo" paint code or what they state it as unless you had the brochure For the R34 GTR. Paint Code: EV1 - Lightning Yellow: Close enough?
  17. Fucking hell that looks mad!
  18. That is the Nismo Front Bar. I'd say the side vents are for cooling and for aggressive looks.
  19. Considering a new on off the Nengun Website is $370+ (for example) $200 sounds good to me, if in the condition you say it is in. Got any pics?
  20. Cool! These look good for a next replacement: Project MU SCR Street Sport Series.
  21. All good, personal preference, I guess. I assumed they would have improved them over the years. I have Project MU B-Spec pads in at the moment. I would like to give Project MU a try for my next set of rotors. Which Project MU rotor series did you go for? 1 or 2 piece?
  22. I was having 2nd thoughts on DBA 4000's but I asked a few people who are running them (6 x 6 Wiper - Slotted, not Cross Drilled) and they have held up fine. It's not to my knowledge nor the people I know who run them, have had any issues. I got answers / results based on their experience running them, hence I went with DBA 4000.
  23. Hey mate, still have the rubber seals around the doors, and are they in good nick? PM me a price
