  1. Yeah true. As the video states, Nissan have some how 'cheated' the air by reducing a small amount of drag and resulting in more down force and cooling by using Nissan's Original Aero Design Philosophy. Defy the law of physics..?
  2. Took some pics when I arrived at about 7ish... Most cars that were there last night were from the EXE Car Club. And quite a few RX8's showed up.

  4. Very true. I like the vinyl wraps as they can look good but just not wrap it in 'Carbon Fiber'.
  5. Yeah true and LM Blue will be the easier option. All the best!
  6. I think finding Calsonic Blue will be like trying to find Top Secret Gold... As Top Secret Japan say there is no specific Paint Code as it is a mixture / blend of their own colour mixtures. So what you could do is find a decent pic of Calsonic Blue and get the re-spray people to try and match it as close as possible. Fujimi Models make a Calsonic R32 GTR model kit and the paint code for Fujimi say to use is H15: Match that and you should be fine. Or yes, like you said, stick to LM Blue
  7. Should be good for this!
  8. Looks close enough to be Champion Blue: Paint Code - BT2 A known but also rare colour as it was specifically for the R33 GTR Le Mans Edition. Also there is Calsonic Blue and Bayside Blue (R34 GTR) but are a shade darker.
  9. Well we were at a look out point just before Skyhigh and we saw a grey R32 GTS-T then you and the other EVO followed... A well, don't worry haha!
  10. POWARRRR!! = I like
  11. Hah! Was looking for a park and found one at the upper level. Yeah, tell'em to get on the mods Who was in the grey R32 GTS-T?
  12. HKS / Nismo (Made by K&N) / K&N / Nissan OEM / BLITZ etc... Filters. All good, but people give shit about HKS, yet in Japan, some of the fastest high performance Skylines run HKS.
  13. Hah! Yeah Nick, was a surprise. Though that yellow EVO looked familiar. Looks nice with the white one
  14. Paint Code = Dark Metal Gray (KAD) I'd go for a Satin finish as it looks better for this style of car. A Matte finish will suite a track / drifter style car.
  15. Dude WTF! Get rid of it!
  16. Ah ok, I see now. Cool thanks man!
  17. Got Battery much?! Looks hardcore as with all the battery and battery packs hanging off it. Nah, I don't have that, just have to make sure my batteries are charged before hand, but I can see it coming in handy. Taking Vertical Pics uses more battery? What?!
  18. Also, try here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/128496-vins-you-want-fasted/ Someone can decode it for you with the FAST System.
  19. Not too bad... Give it a polish and see how well it turns out...
  20. Yeah, that is good enough, like really good. 2 models up from mine and Marks camera. Can't go wrong. Depends on your photography style, if you take close up or distant photos. Both is good Everything you listed is what I got, even the Lowepro bag I got an extra Tele Lense for long distance and good for track days. A few extra Sandisk CF Cards but a 4 GB would be better as I only have 1 and 2 GB. Also bought a Tri-Pod, great for night photos, set the timer on and let it do its own long exposure. Not sure about the Dual Battery Grip..? Where / What is that?
  21. Heh! Thanks man! YEAH! looks nice!
  22. SAU is bias towards the R32 GTR, hence this forum is Skylines Australia. I say drive both and see what you think. I have driven both but the EVO 6 I drove was a Tommi Mäkinen Edition (TME). A fast 'zippy' little car, will be better around corners for tight tracks if you do a track day as the car is lighter. A tad easier to maneuver then the R32 GTR as it has a shorter wheel base, easier to park and less on fuel (smaller engine and 1 less turbo) GTR has more top end when hammering down the straight but will have to change your driving style when entering tight corners on track days. But still, the GTR is a great handler on corners. I daily'd my GTR for a few years and just got away with it, wasn't too much of a handful to drive. I had a few comments on how the R32 GTR just has this 'Raw Power' feeling and people love it. Both cars have their own characteristic so test which one you like and go for that.
  23. I use a Canon EOS 400D and I had no photography experience or took any lessons. Just picked up the camera and trial and error with mainly going to car shows / meet ups. Now I can get decent pics after a few year of practice. Canon's are quiet user friendly, but that's with most camera's anyway, you use it for a while, you get use to it. Nikon also seem to be one of the best camera's out there too.
  24. Haha! I was the one who parked in front of you.
