  1. Awesome! All the best with it and hope to see it, with the wheels.
  2. Dick Smiths would sort you out.
  3. Yeah right... How long till you get the car? Who'd you import it through or was it private import?
  4. Couldn't tell you if it is fibreglass or metal... How wide you want to go? You could take it to a custom panel shop and get them to Lip / Roll or Bolt on flare your guards You could buy a R32 GTS-T BN Sports Blister Kit but only purchase the Rear Blister Fender... I don't think BN Sports have a Rear Blister Fender for GTR's. You could try URAS Australia or give Aaron from Import Monster a call and see if he can source wider rear panels for you.
  5. Ah ok, I get you now. Worth the wait I guess... Or you could have got the next size that was available to that and use a small spacer...
  6. Ok so you ordered wheels from him and he is getting the custom made up for you before he sends it over from Japan?
  7. 1 option is, you can go to a wrecker, find a R32 and take / cut / saw the rear guards off and rivet bolt them on...
  8. Yeah man, I was looking at your FMIC then your wheels to make sure it was you. As soon as you drove past and beeped was then I looked up as I was too busy looking at your wheels... Cuz 1 time I saw a white R33 similar to yours and thought it was you (was about to yell out "Hey James") but he had different wheels on.
  9. 18 x 10.5 is a custom sizing? So you take it to a wheel specialist and they re-widen the wheel?
  10. No worries! Post some pics when done. I have the same wheels but in 17 x 9 +22
  11. Like what Brandon said, that will get you a set of decent tyres. You might have to head down to your mechanic / tyre place to see if they can sort out a set. Don't have to be KU36's, anything in the Kumho Ecsta range will do you fine. I assume your car is for street use..? Depending on how low you ride height is, that is when you need to worry about guard work. Only roll / flare your guards if you want the Hellaflush look, which I assume is not what you want, cuz to go Hellaflush, you need to stretch your tyres. As long as you fill out your guards and the ride height / wheel arch sits just above the tyre, you will be fine. You got fully adjustable coilovers?
  12. It's a web design company website...
  13. You want tyre choice or tyre sizing? Tyre choice I went for Kumho's as they are an all round decent tyre. Tyre sizing, what ppl have mentioned above.
  14. Your sticker says: "WARNING" Double Clutching This Transmission Will Cause Serious Damage. What..?
  15. Spotted MUZT3K on Blackburn Rd.
  16. I'm with NickR33 on this one. I hope you are not letting these little things annoy you to the point of selling your car?
  17. Ok, I had a read through, turns out it is the Service Manual which you have on your website. Seems the "Workshop Manual", ppl claim on the internet is the Service Manual... I can't seem to find anything on how much boost pressure it runs... That's probably why your asking to... Damn annoying.
  18. V-Spec II = Base model R32 GTR, but with: Brembo Calipers. Revised ATTESA E-TS system. 17" BBS wheels with 245/45/17 tires. Weight about 50kgs more. Standard Ceramic Turbo's as only the R32 GTR N1's came with N1 Turbo's = Steel Wheels.
  19. Hell yeah, that is 3/4 of a tank of fuel you save
  20. So you catching trains into the city now?
  21. Appreciating? Well that's a 1st I have heard of for any car as they depreciate as soon as they roll of the show room floor Hell yeah! Love that Zed! - http://www.7tune.com/nostalgic-car-show-2009-common-snapper/ Yeah with the RB26, I can justify paying in the $20k's. Notice the R33 GTR interior..? As good as the L26 engine is or a worked L26, it's an older engine... Kinda like AE86's Corolla's with the 4AC engine, which is what I have in my AE71 Corolla. Some sellers want like $7 - $8K for it... Fuck off, it's a Corolla $3K max! Initial D / Takumi / Tofu Tax we call it...
  22. I just downloaded the Work Shop Manuall for the R34. Would that help? It's about 230 pages.
  23. Thanks a lot Paul! That confirms I was right with my conversion on my stock boost pressure.
  24. Fuck I want 1 of these again! My dad had a 260ZX and a 280ZX. $20,000+ offers are a bit steap and the orange colour Zed should only be on the Z432. Dreamers think they can win the money back on how much they spent on the car... Nah... $15K max is my offer.
