Kumho's I think are a best all-rounder and they cater for all types of driving and a lot of ppl I see recommend it. Toyo's are top of the range as my mechanic thinks. Bridgestone's / Yokohama's all do a good job, but you would pay a bit. I had Yokohama Advans, nice tyre but were harder compared to my Kumho's.

Nothing beats the stock red R34 GTR covers. +1 for Nismo Red Crinkle Coat. Millennium Jade would be next on the list. Z-Tune Silver. Mine's R34 GTR Crinkle Coat. HKS. Tomi Blue looks good. Aqua Green..? Nismo Fine Spec Engine. Chrome..?

Stance is more so to do with the ride height and Hellaflush is more so with wheel fitment. I think they both come hand in hand and go well with each other. Fuck the 4 x 4 stance. +1 Tell'em preacher!
