Just out of interest, is Redan Motors and American Made Cycles still selling imports?
I lived in Ballarat back in 2000- 2001 and they had a few R33's and R34 GTR's / Silvia's / EVO's for sale.
Toyota and Subaru joined forces to create the new Toyota 86.
Toyota shell / Subaru engine.
Subaru version is the BRZ (Boxer Renaissance Zenith) and Scion is the FR-S.
Scion is a brand produced by Toyota for the North American market to appeal towards the Gen Y consumers.
They never did crack, people just did not put enough heat cycles through the rotors before tracking it.
Ah yeah, found it on Wiki:
"The V-Spec version was also imported into the UK with a number of modifications carried out on the car. These included 3 additional oil coolers..."
But thanks
Would be the front as the is no rear diffuser on the Z-Tune.
That premium seems excessively high for your age.
Last year, I was on $1208 with a high agreed value.
Then this year, it went up $200+ and the agreed value dropped drastically.
Now I switched to Shannons, cheaper premium with a high agreed value.
Yeah sure, thanks
I do know the UK models did come with a few extras here and there but didn't know about the rear diff oil coolers.
But will be interested to know.
I was in the same situation of wanting to rebuild it for strength and longevity and only use the stock Nissan parts.
But Racepace explained and justified to me how they rebuild their RB26's and forging is the best.
As well as forging, refinement / customisation / balancing the parts and improving the whole engines setup.
Which leads to Strength / Longevity / With-stand High Power Applications = Bullet proof.
I believe rear diff oil coolers are a R34 GTR Nismo Z-Tune item only.
But there is no stopping owners from putting a rear diff oil cooler on, a non Nismo Z-Tune.
Pics?
Rear diffuser is for aero dynamic purposes as it keeps air flowing smoothly under the car.
You'd would probably only notice it on a track, (down the straights) going speeds above 100km/h or while you are speeding up on to an on ramp to a free / highway.
Because of rear diff oil coolers
LOL! Wut?!
Ashneel's has (at the moment) a S15... Guy goes through cars like no tomorrow.
R33 GTR wheels look decent on any other JDM car except a R33 GTR
S15's sure hold their value.
