  1. Dont worry boys im running 106 RON
  2. Back to turbo talk. How much would it cost to put in steel wheels to the rb25 turbo so it doesnt blow up.
  3. I suggest before any purchases to read this thread http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=32356 it has helped my misfire problem and its been months. I also had the spark arc out of the coils its all fixed now.
  4. kool i would love them to check my turbo to find some steel wheels
  5. i dont go there anymore plus they told me my turbo had steel wheels fitted. Well i might take it easy and get it dynoed. Thanks for the advise nathan, oh where do u take your car to get dynoed? cheers amit
  6. Sorry guys the car is not available for sale anymore. Ive decided to keep it and modify it more. thanks anyway AK
  7. hate 2 tell ya that washing your engine bay is very bad and a costly mistake. i learnt the hard way. First all the coils are warpped and will not fire properly. all your plugs are damaged due to the water. you need need all new coils and plugs to fix the problem and they are not cheap!
  8. there is nothing wrong with the stock plenum, just it becomes more of a cosmetic change rather than performance. But reducing i/c piping helps!.
  9. Price on a Twin Plate, please! Cheers Amit
  10. Thanks guys for the offers (sky33 & inasnt). Me and my mate managed to put the pfc in and the car started no problems. Man i hated the 30min idle warm up. Anyway the car is an animal now. Before the car was shit and ran very very sluggish and had bad flat spots. Now I run 15psi and the car is a mental animal. (dont worry ive got steel wheels). Ive got no flat spots and the car is never sluggish. Mind you my injectors are at maximum as well as the afm. The factory tunning of the pfc was done in japan and my theory is heaps of timing and good fuel curve. But I will dyno the car with a malpasi fuel regulator for more fuel. So my advise to people modding there car get a computer to start with. It gives you heaps of power for your bucks. Thanks guys Amit

  20. heres a tip. go BCPR7ES for mildly modded skylines. gapped at 0.90 for best spark. Plats are crap and waste of money. Trust me i went through 4 sets and realised. 1 set Coppers = 1 Plat. $$$ save money and get better performance.
  21. TEST RESULTS: BLITZ DD BOV vs STOCK BOV Ive done a 1 week test on both and have results below. Blitz DD BOV Results: * More Fuel * Slower Acceleration * Intercooler noise * Backfire * Poor Economy * Car feels like a whale Stock BOV Results: * Less Fuel than Blitz DD BOV * Quicker Acceleration * Air Induction Sound (no more intercooler sound) * More economical * Car feels much quicker any comments welcomed. (ps The richness can be fixed by an AFC, but on a standard ecu these are my findings)
  22. ive got a garret custom cooler made for my skyline and its one of the best cores you can get. Ive had very little psi drop and increase in top end air flow. With any cooler you will get minimal lag due to the piping being long. Ive been in a mates skyline with a brand name cooler and have noticed little difference between mine and his. So in my opinion get the garrett you will be suprised how well it does. cheers ak
