Its probably excess fuel smoke from the plugs being fouled up etc.... Probably just gotta do the basics mate like a full service (plugs, filters etc) and check the O2 sensor and stuff.... For any basic mechanical just use a trusted mechanic, TRG loves his imports so maybe see him.... For any tuning etc you may need then i'd speak to Jez on the coast (we can give you contact details) but just a friendly word of advice, there is a shop up here that calls themselves a "performance workshop" but i would trust a wrecker before using them again (I cant say on a public forum who, but happy to steer you away from them since all the bad dealings i had)... Our cruises will be during the day, so you should be fine, keep an eye on the local threads and flick the guys a wave if you see them!

Not in this case mate, its the power steer pump, if the bearing went he would have oil everywhere and no power assistance..... Just looks like it wasnt fitted correctly as there is no other way it could really happen!

It has only got that way due to some idiots behaving badly in public places, getting the media all hyped up I miss cruising Newcastle beaches etc, but it has now been ruined by morons!

Just had a quick look, take your airbox snorkal off to make it easy to get too firstly.... Then have a look at the pump and you will see the adjuster

It wont walk mate, there are 5 or so grooves in it to hold it still UNLESS the Pwr Str pump is lose but i highly doubt that!!! Ill go have a look at mine and let you know.....

Errrr nope Sounds more like a tune issue or similar!

They hammered Newcastle for a while so i dont go there anymore, we used to have a whole bunch of imports on the foreshore every weekend until a bunch of Hockey Pucks in commodores started doing burnouts etc so the cops got the sh*ts and hammered every car with defects possible, funnily enough all the imports were generally parked and not doing cruise laps My car is stock looking and sounding and i seem to get away without a drama since the new turbo etc BUT i am yet to be breath tested and stuff in it..... i swear its stock officer
