Best Sub $10k Performance Nissan?
zZzDanzZz replied to mooseman's topic in General Automotive Discussion
try www.r31skylineclub.com in the for sale section, there are a few import R31s for sale on there, in both coupe and pillarless 4 door models but importing them should be similar to importing an S13 from japan or an R32, but would be a bit cheaper cause its getting on 20+ years now -
Best Sub $10k Performance Nissan?
zZzDanzZz replied to mooseman's topic in General Automotive Discussion
have you considered a turbo R31 skyline? not very common, have 2 or 4 doors (can carry 5 in comfort and big boot), plus they have plenty of spare parts, and you can swap parts from newer skylines and silvias in if you wanted to -

Vote On Skylines Australia Display
zZzDanzZz replied to a20089's topic in Australian Capital Territory
i reckon R32 Matt's idea is good. keep the skylines together e.g. based on year models so we have a timeline, then have other cars on the ends so as to not exclude them. -
Rarity Of R34 M-spec Nur
zZzDanzZz replied to andrewclarke's topic in RB Series - R31, R32, R33, R34 (1986-2002)
forgot about the N1 models lol. dont know much about them though. im sure there were 20 Z Tunes built, but nismo kept one of them for its garage. dunno about more being built after the first run of 20 z tunes. maybe the NSW owner can help us??? -
Rarity Of R34 M-spec Nur
zZzDanzZz replied to andrewclarke's topic in RB Series - R31, R32, R33, R34 (1986-2002)
the M spec Nur's will demand a price premium over standard R34 GTRs, plus theyre very very rare as they were built towards the end of the R34 production. only R34 rarer i can think of is the Z Tune version with 20 of them made -

Charity Cruise For The Victorian Fire Victims

i'll be there. see you guys at the museum nice and early lol -
haha yea i got an R31 as my first car, still have it and its been very reliable. plus its dirt easy to work on, with stuff that you need to take to a mechanic being able to fixed with a few tools in your garage. plus all the newer RB engines drop right in and gearbox bell housings are all the same so you can mix and match or have a few spares for cheap. also, its not a boat like the falcons or commodores, and it can carry 5 people comfortably, unlike the little 4 banger hatches. and they dont get as much police attention as newer skylines and you dont see many modified ones much, so its more unique if you buy an R31, get a silo or a Ti and check out www.r31skylineclub.com for cars for sale and any tech info you need.

Chrysler Reveals Next-gen 300c
zZzDanzZz replied to craig V8 taffe's topic in General Automotive Discussion
looks like chrysler is following holden's example, keep the body shape the same, but change the front and rear lights. the current one looks tough, this one just looks gay -
lol yea i highly doubt he was trying hard at all. those things might not be "quick" in a straight line but they sure do carve corners. also you should check your steering rack and tie rod ends as it may be extending too far and making a straight join which will lock up your steering like you said.

have you tried asking the RTA/your driving instructor etc? usually for merging lanes, you dont have to signal, but most people do anyway as its polite
