I tried to look up some information, and by the looks of it when you go over the 40k threshold here in WA, things get a bit pricey. Seems they have lowered the thresholds and increased the % here in WA while the other states are much cheaper. That's the government for you.

WA Stamp duty isn't bad I believe, Around 3%.l It has them listed on a website somwehere, try google it perhaps.

I think in the general public's eye it's put down to exhaust note mainly.

I was considering this route a while ago. But you have to also factor in, It's pretty much 1.5-2k for you to get a car over east in WA and on the road here in Perth so add that to any purchase price. I've personally just decided to save a bit more money so I can look and buy a nice model in WA. That way I can drive it, have it inspected. If you do this you will know exactly what you're getting. Anyway that's just my opinion. Best of luck on getting the car your after

I've had it happen too me, I was walking home from school about 4 years ago and got done when I was trying to cross the road. Although I was already soaked cause it was raining I was still raging. All that said, I certainly would do it if the oppertunity arose

I am curious as I am very interested in buying a skyline from over east as they seem to be cheaper and more of a selection. Also, I don't fully understand the proccess, if a car is bought here unregestered from over east, does it go straight to the pits? thanks

I've never even been in a Skyline but I have been in an s15. A very nice interior and I like the exterior styling too. I would personally go for the S15 due to being newer although they are around $10,000 more aswell I think?

I think someone posted something very similar a while ago, they resorted to acctually changing the window but surely their is some way to get rid of it.

Hey guys, Well im trying to get an Electrical Apprenticeship. Basically I'm wondering how much I can expect to get as an hourly/weekly wage. I have done a pre-apprenticeship so I can work all week (employer doesn't have to pay me to go to tafe). Also, If anyone works in a trade what would you realistically pay for a reliable and hard working apprentice each week? I was offered a spot by a group training organisation but I would stuggle to stay alive on their first year wage. (around $220 a week after tax). While I have also heard some stories of people getting ridiculously high amounts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you would have to change the whole front to S2. Because for each item you change, it won't be compatible with your other S1 item.
