  1. going from your sig, you've already got done exhaust, intake, etc = good start. Chasing more kw from the NA ends up costing more $$ for less gain, unfortunately. window tint (if not already tinted) is simple/cheap. kit before lowering - if the kit sits lower than stock, then you're asking for trouble doing it the other way around at the moment I'm doing all lighting (replacing any sign of piss-yellow ). again, cheap and simple. for me its something to do whilst thinking of what ELSE to do. clear/smoked indicators? gauges? strut braces? alarm/immobiliser? on top of that, regular maintenance.

is this group buy still going ahead?
  3. I'm in for 2 sets now, delivered to 1 address. Just need to know the price (delivery for 2 sets) and I'm ready.

How much for 2 sets delivered to one address? A mate just got a S1 R33 GTS and wants a set now too.
  5. I'd get them painted. You'll get a nice clean unmarked surface again. Only thing is you'd have to spray the rest accordingly. I don't even know how previous owners could do some things they do to the interior. A car I checked out last year had a horendous interior - like someone had thrown some corrosive acid all over the dash. + I have a sticky bit like in the 2nd pic you've got. Would this be from some sort of adhesive used to hold attach a gauge pod or something?
  6. I was at supercheap the other day and saw a couple of guys in a done-up VY SS getting a s/cheap worker to change their wiper blades for them. They saw me and mate laughing at them as I was changing bulbs in taillights, so they floored it outta the carpark.
  7. you actually WANT to cart the family around in a 4 door? Part of the reason I got the coupe was to avoid this With the coupe, yes, I can give them all a lift, but at THEIR discomfort
  8. shouldn't get done twice on the same road - theres a multiple infringement policy that stops that I believe.
  9. i think he was just replacing in the GTT triple gauge cluster
  10. cheers not sure how I forgot about that one - I was having a good look at those pics just the other day! If I'm game to cut up the bar like you have I'll most likely be doing that . How much lower than the stock front bar does it sit?
  11. Who sells a GTR-looking front bar for R34 GT/GTT's these days? - considering JSAI is non-existant anymore. I've decdied on the Impul Sides and Rear, not too sure on the front. I considered the Altia option front bar, but does anyone know where you could get the lip for it? If custom fabricated, what sorta $$ we looking at? Without the lip, would the side skirts sit lower than this front bar? Or would the front bar look too short (would like some clearance, but in proportion to Impul sides)? Any advice is greatly appreciated

  15. mines a POS compared to some on here
  16. I'd certainly get pics if I got the Impul Skirts and Rear bar, but you haven't replied PM's
  17. Looking for R34 Impul Skirts and Rear bar to fit GT/GTT coupe. PM me if you've got either Cheers
  18. just need to get some pics up of the products now in the Styling section
  19. ahh now look what i've done! hopefully they have the blue and can exchange then. I think I'd go the blue too - suits other blue lighting I've got in the car.
  20. ahh sorry - i hate when that happens to me
  21. haha fair enough are those Autoguage stepper motor series gauges the same as on this site ? they look pretty nice in the vid if they are. http://www.ozegauge.com.au/index.php?id=47 Is the edging/rim on the gauge different to those non-stepper motor series Autogauge gauges on JustJap site? http://www.glowshiftdirect.com/ < don't mind the look of some of them on there (seen on ebay for about $80 per gauge) too many options edit: the edging on the stepper motor ones does looks nicer (not as thick on as the other ones)
  22. $120 p/hour is a joke, and 3-5 hours? Considering they want that much per hour you'd expect they'd know what they're doing, and do it in much less time! Glad I'm doing this myself. Although I reckon it'll take me several hours, only cost will be a slab for me and mate to go through whilst we work out how to go about it
  23. very nice conversion there you've got a unique car on the roads till the 15 year import rule lets R34's in - then you've gotta convert into a r35 somehow
  24. i had those LED ones briefly - bought off ebay from a member on here (they didn't work, sent back, came back damaged , paypal finally refunded ) not sure how they would go with the stock lenses. the indicator cover area in the smaller light is alot bigger on the stock lenses compared to the LED ones.
  25. i'll be doing this soon - fitting the GTT gauge cluster in my NA. about due for an oil change so should work out nicely post up some pics when done - I've got no idea what style gauges to put in mine.
