You said you read the whole thread, but are unsure of the engine specs? The engine specs are the one thing I was *sure* of when I put finger to keyboard. And Jimbo, I ain`t discriminating, just that in the very first post... there are engine specs!:0

But anyways, I`d get the R32 GTS-T, of course they`re a better car all round, Nissan intended it that way, and I just personally like the R32. As for drifting though, if thats your main focus, go for the S13. 7 out of 10 drifters in Japan started out in them, so I guess that speaks for itself.

Why, after soooo much info and detailed explanation *with pics and diagrams* will you guys not believe that COSWORTH have a VQ32DETT on their testbench? Thats, VQ32DETT... for all you who didn`t get it the first 4 times... :(

Yes, I`ve seen two versions too. One has an "indent" between the taillights with the kinda small Skyline name in it, and the other doesn`t have an indent, with a larger Skyline name written between the lights... I`m not certain, but this maybe a difference between the 250GT and the other models. I`m talking about the sedan of course.

That was featured in Option2 mag a few months back... I`ll have to dig up the article. Can`t remember the capacity exactly, but I think it was as you say, an L28. **EDIT: I just clicked on the link, and sure enough, it says "L28"! Well waddaya know...

Theres no "R"35 because the current Skyline doesn`t use an "RB" type engine... it uses a "VQ" engine, hence what our esteemed colleague akeenan wrote... V35 please (for the last time:D)

Yeah, give or take a few grams... They want 45,000-odd yen for a 260km/h speedo to buy one outright, or they charge about half that to exchange your one for one of theirs.

Yes mate, I deal with all their Jenesis gear, aswell as most of the R30.co.jp stuff. I say "most of" because some of the stuff is pretty expensive, and if I told you the price including freight you'd laugh at me...

Is it a genuine RS Turbo, or is it an A-Spec with a transplant?

Guys, I`m just doing a little survey, it seems that most of the R30 Skyline gear available in Japan is exclusively for the DR30 RS/RS Turbo. So my question is: Are there many RS Turbo`s (with the FJ20DET donk) in Australia? Even if you don`t have an R30, please help me out by just telling me what you know. If it turns out that R30 RS`s are virtually non-existent, I`ll think twice about stocking parts for them... unless people can tell me what RS Turbo parts will fit an A-Spec (Aussie Spec heh, heh) DR30?

I don`t think there is an R30 exhaust on the K`s Online Garage site. Actually, the Jenesis R31 Cat-back exhaust would be about A$216 to ship...

I got my GT Force for 9,800 yen (A$130), and at the Tokyou Game Show, they predicted the GT Force PRO would cost about 20,000 (A$266). They GT Force Pro has a proper gearstick... but it`s on the righthand side!!! WHY??? Why can`t they make it detachable so you can put it on the left?

Thats sweet, but they still make the crowd look like they`re a bunch of carboard cut-out people...

I don`t know how they`ve divvied up the two disks, but GT4 is going to stick it to the competition BIG TIME. The other games in this category are: XboX (Microc0ck) - Project Gotham Racing 2 sega - GT Online Taito - Battle Gear 3 Genki - Chain Reaction Namco - R:Racing Evolution But these games are all single disk jobbies, although Chain Reaction looks good, ALL of them are going to be beaten down by the mighty 2-disk GT4... A GT Force Pro steering wheel will be available at extra cost Games in Japan usually go for 6,800 yen (A$90.50) I can`t wait...

Thats right guys, Gran Turismo 4 Prologue will be released in Japan in December! It`s THE FIRST HALF of a TWO DISK compilation, spanning 500 cars, 50 courses and goodies that they don`t tell you about!!! Damn it, this is going up on my site as soon as I can find a supplier!!!! Peoples, you`ve got 1 and a half months to chip your Aussie spec PS2`s.... All those who want a copy please raise your hands!!!!!! (Sorry mods - I thought nobody would see this in the Computer game section...)

I just figured out why I like the Stagea over the Legnum... The Stagea is a "Hardtop" wagon... oh, and you can get `em with an RB26DETT... oh, and it`s a Nissan... oh, and they come in FR as well as 4WD... yay.
