So basically *at the moment* there is in auxiliary in you can use for whatever you can put on a screen but except for fuel economy in Jap and what not there isn't much that can be done with the existing gear hooked up to it.

I reckon it looks ok, certainly better than a SC430, at the same time I don't have any desire to go buy one but I suppose that goes for convertibles in general. Saw an S15 convertible with a mild body kit in the city yesterday, looked nice, I'd rank that higher.

Yeah I put a Kinetex one on my car a couple of weeks ago, pretty happy with the result. On the downside it's wasn't that cheap with the crap aussie dollar, the engine cover didn't go back on as the holes must have been in the spots for a 350Z cover or something and there is slightly more engine noise as you don't have that fat lump of metal sitting on top of the engine, still quite acceptable just not *quite* as refined. In the end if you're not looking to blow thousands but want a noticable little increase, it's worthwhile.

Yeah a shame that since it says how to do it in the manual but then it doesn't work... not that I want to watch stuff while driving but it would be nice while stopped.

It's often the case that the higher the octane petrol you use the more k's per litre you get. For what it's worth, one of those ACA/TT programs did a test and found you got more k's per $ on the better fuel.
