  1. So who was the 17yo the sphincter of the universe busted doing 100kph in a 50kph zone in Paralowie?
  2. Couldn't have put that better myself.
  3. Well ... believe it or not ... the money is in my account! He must be in serious shit to get the $ to me within 24 hours.
  4. Bend over and use lots of vaseline! Tracy use to work for the Optus complaints dept (for people like you) and there's not much you can do sorry.
  5. I went there for a mate's birthday. We weren't smashed, but we were far from sober, and had no probs. Besides, smashing golf balls like Happy Gilmore is all I can do
  6. MOAR!!!
  7. How about an SAU meet at the Tap Inn one night ... then head upstairs to the driving range. Always good for a laugh.
  8. If you say so ...
  9. Everyone do something useful then. http://www.gopetition.com/petitions/state-...ralia/sign.html
  10. Typical gun happy biker
  11. That last one was a crack up Damo I have an amusing pic a friend took of me during a crash at Mallala. There is nothing more funny than a crashed rider not in control of the camera moment Mick Doohan's advice on what to do when in a crash on the track: "Just go all floppy!" Here is one not quite work safe ... but funny anyway. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v129/Reu...cs/image007.jpg
  12. Moar!
  13. Someone was very creative!
  14. $40,800 landed!!!
  15. I have enough equity to snag half a dozen of them, but can't ... yet! When I first read it, I thought he was referring to overtime
  16. Jesus! Had a depressing realisation ... Doing the budget/books for my two properties and for the first time in my life, my equity exceeds my borrowing capacity! If I hold out long enough ... I might be able to get that 34 GTR one day
  17. If there is enough info from the transaction, the bank can recover the sum for a small fee ($30 or something). Not entirely sure as I've never had to do it, but the banks can do it with enough info.
  18. Wouldn't exactly call it hijacking Cara, you're still on topic Yeah I hate the time limits they put on "protection" ... pretty lame. You either want to protect fair trading or not, there is no in between.
  19. I'm sure Kellie knows who's dedicated and who's not by now
  20. Damn ... the Stagea gets no love Good idea Kellie. Paid up members and establishing a committee would work wonders for a good solid club. There small talk atm about a Stagea club being set up in a similar fashion.
  21. And thats what I'm doing mate. Fighting for something I believe in. I believe things can only get better if a relationship with SAPOL is established and a clearer understanding of what is an "unsafe mod" is communicated, before a defect is issued. I have just felt that some of your comments have come across with "good luck with the police" negativity. Its hard enough with the younger members talking rubbish about cops and defects, but when I read a comment from someone of your status in the community that is too broad a statement (illegal mods), I take it as negative and against what we are trying to establish. I'm not apologising for being passionate and a car enthusiast. But I do apologise if you thought it was a personal attack ... it was not. People like Nene, Kellie, Ben and myself have taken that step forward and comminucated with SAPOL to get an understanding between the two groups. Some people just don't believe it can happen ... and its not an easy job to do. Kudos to Nene for keeping it up. Peace. Add: thats why we also have these mini meets at Vilis and BP; so we can discuss these kind of topics across the table in a relaxed atmosphere, rather than on the forum where things get out of hand too easily. Gee Andrew, I think Martin and I (and you?) would be about on par with each other!?! Don't know if I'm insulting myself or you guys now
  22. There is a large gap in between the car set up for the quarter, and the car park posers. In between the two are a wide variety of car enthusiasts (and, admittedly, hoons). You've prob read that alot of us have our cars set up for track work as well as street cruising. The latest generation lands somewhere in the middle of the two groups you mentioned above. Unfortunately, it appears the govt (Mr Rann in general) ar enot aware of this. We are all hoons of course.
  23. I didn't expect any result from my complaint with the QLD Police, but it pays to give it a go anyway. Ever been ripped off and think "there's no point" then think again. Cons and scammers only exist because no one trys to stop them. Prob a good thing for you too Ryan ... I might never have gotten the N1 coilovers off you
  24. What? Like I'm your sheppard Truth be known ... the Skylines fear the Stagea getting to a destination before them, so they wanna leave when I do I like to catch up with my biker mates ... no real harm in that is there
