  1. Had a mate come over last night. We stayed up drinking until like 1.00 in the morning! He's real keen to buy my Stagea. Once he sells his VX ute he'll be throwing some cash my way for a deposit.
  2. His best bet would be to get in contact with any local rotary shops, like REVS, and ask what is compatible, then go shopping for the bits he needs.
  3. The benched section of the track can be, but if you use the jumps that run off then back onto the track its not Then again, me and my mates run around the easier section in 3rd pinned to the stop. For those not familiar with the track, the pic shows some of the track in the background: Found the only vid I can find of one of the jumps: http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v129/Reu...eubenjump03.flv And heres a pic of the Honda Sobe (with 140cc Lifan motor) that we broke on one of the jumps. Don't mind my mate, he's still out cold from the crash
  4. Looks like you're in the shits dude. Its natural that snakes kill other animals, but exhibiting it for personal amusement is wrong.
  5. Its the 'noise pollution' the cops have the issue with.
  6. For anything obvious? Did it look stock? What next ...
  7. Villis is just a stone's throw away from town. I'm heading out there shortly
  8. Yes. And boycotting petrol stations achieves NOTHING. Australia makes up f**k all of the Asian fuel market ... so the oil companies don't care. The Oceanic region needs to work together to have any affect. What we really need to do is reduce our RELIANCE on fuel. Anyone who has studied first year economics would know all this.
  9. Hmm, sounds nice. Might do that myself You "walking" there?
  10. Go for a walk!
  11. True. When they target events designed to keep the heat off the street, then they bring the heat to you, thats lame and bloody weak of them. Next, people are going to avoid these 'legal' off street events and take it onto the streets, because the cops will be targetting events such as this. On the other side of the coin, we do have alot of import car drivers to blame for such attention. Obviously the police are doing anythying, right or wrong, to get their message across.
  12. Go for a drive!
  13. True. I also think its funny how everyone thinks petrol prices may go down, because the Govt is reviewing its tax on fuel. Who's to say they're not looking at increasing fuel taxes, considering there are other countries with higher taxes on fuel!?! And who's to say if the tax falls that the petrol retailers won't offset this drop for profits in their pockets? Fuel is only going up guys ... and its only going up because some fool says "Fuel will hit $1.65 by the end of the week". Think about it.
  14. Where's this track of yours kidafa? Sellicks Hill is definately not a beginners track. Your little track there looks good for practicing a decent jump. Got a shovel? Bobcat? We could throw in a few more 'challenges'!
  15. Too much!
  16. When I'm just driving to work, I might take the silver Stagea or my MV Agusta Brutale. When I'm taking the GF out or going for a cruise, I might take the black Stagea or the Suzuki TLR1000. When I'm cruising with the biker boys, I'll take the MV Agusta and the GF takes the Aprilia. Don't even ask what I pay in rego/insurance
  17. No worries. When you get to my age you realise there are three types in this world: those who have expectations of a partner (the selfish ones); those who have expectations from their partners; and those you have the same expectations for each other. Hold out for the one who you share the same expectations with. That will only bring alot of communication, respect and honesty. A relationship, a real relationship, is a two way street.
  18. Sellicks Hill is a good track too ... if it hasn't been hacked by the f**kwits with no idea that go there with shovels! Seriously, I hate the wankers who turn up with their shit chinese crap, hack up a decent jump with shovels for their own amusement, go over that jump a few times (for a whole of one half hour!), then go home when they hurt themselves or get bored or get the poser pics that want! Only to f**k up the a section of track me and my mates are tearing around for half the day on! Got some decent jumps that'll test your manhood Its alot of fun too in winter when it gets greasy and you can 'drift' everywhere
  19. That sucks really! That means they want all the good things outta you, but none of the responsibility! Let em run Kell, they don't deserve you. My GF has a 9yo boy and I don't see that as excess baggage or anything bad at all. I get along great with him and his father for that matter. If you want the girl, you gotta take the complete package ... family and all. BUt you come across as a gal that takes NO shit ... and you shouldn't have to.
  20. The weather is turning to shit. Dirt turns to mud. Who's got a dirt bike they wanna get dirty? I'm just curious to see who's got a pitbike/dirtbike and maybe we could put a day together to go riding on a track! Maybe end of June sometime? If I can pick the track, I'd chose Sellick's Hill. Love that track and come to grief many times. Thoughts?
  21. But it'll be a great cruise! Trying to keep this as a bit more of a special event, rather than a regular cruise to Villis! Nothing is stopping anyone from just grabbing a pie and eating at the cars, rather than eating in at the Whalers Inn. But eating at a table is quite civilised, to show we are not as barbaric as the common Skyline driver
  22. Bugger! Would like to have attended ... but organised my own cruise for the same day. If you don't see any Stageas attending, its because they're at a Stag cruise to Victor. If you do see any Stageas at the EST cruise, then ask them why they're not at the Stag cruise Hope you have a great cruise, great turn out, and no dickheads ruining it for everyone
  23. Yeah make the booking for 20 odd people at the Whalers Inn. We should def have the numbers for 20 odd people. We should be getting there about 12.30pm.
  24. Yeah well my ex-wife wouldn't have anything to do with me and my toys ... treated the conversation of cars/bikes like we were talking about eating a dead rat (screwed up face and all). Beauty is only skin deep, and the ugly was starting to show in her. My GF now is by my side 100% on everything. Communication is open and everything for us. She loves riding on the back with me. But most of all, she stayed by my side the entire time 100% when I had my bike crash in February. The only time she left my side was when she was organising the recovery of my crashed bike and getting it to a shop. Its a rare find to find a woman who will do that for you. And that means alot to me ... absolute respect for me and what I love to do ... no matter what the risks. Now ... you go find yourself a woman who is that loyal in every aspect.
