Thats where the 80cc kit will give it some more "balls" to get up hills ... although the Prilly is not shy on the way it delivers the power, but its really up to the weight of the rider. But f**k this thing is fun. I'd rather good old Italian engineering than the chinese/japanese crap scooters you get nowadays. I spent far more on it than a crappy $2500 scoot, but I wanted to get the best for the missus. Wouldn't feel right if she'd broke down or binned it because of its shit quality. Get your missus to go for her licence and a 250cc scooter would be good value for money for what you'd require of it. Nah ... here's my kid:

Thanks guys. I'm also considering doing the job myself. I've got my own MIG and I've fabbed piping before for my other projects ... I was just hoping to make it someone elses problem. But I'm keen to try it myself again Might visit Aussie Discount Mufflers for the bends only. I'll dummy the intercooler in place and if it looks like more trouble than what I want to deal with I'll then consider the above mentioned places.

Everlast are just too busy this week and Saturday to do my intercooler piping for me. Can anyone recommend anyone else around the Regency Park/City area who could do the job? Its not too hard, just need piping done from fmic (2.5") to go down (2.25") to the existing pipework from the removed smic on my Stag.

Ha! The first comment from my GF when we flew to Syndey to pick up my S2 Stag was: "Its got 180 on the speedo. Reckon we can do that going home?"

I'm fitting a fmic 450x300x100 this weekend to my S2 Stag. Already removed the electric fan and relocated the oil cooler. Got the 450 wide fmic because my S2 stag has driving lights in the bar, which I do not want to relocate, I like the look of it. I'm going to dummy it in place a little later this week, then have Everlast do the pipework back to the passenger side of engine bay to keep it looking stock. And I'll also have my turbo upgrade fitted I'll take pics where I can.

Only ever been defected twice for BS things: First time, a few years ago with my SR20 powered, supercharged Datsun 200B. I had an Engineers Report to prove the legality of the car, but 'no' the two traffic cops wanted to defect me regardless. They only ended up getting me for tyres, which had no less than 80% tread, but they claimed the rubber was scrubbing the radius rod. BS! Went straight to the cop shop and had it taken off and dismissed without any charges or fees. Second one, 2 years ago a traffic cop defected my Suzuki TLR motorbike for indicators less than 24cm apart (they were actually 32cm apart!). I argued with this prick for 10 minutes. Ended up going to Regency (for indicators!) and even the inspector thought the cop was a knob. Removed the defect ... again without any charge or fees. It was funny considering I have a full Yoshimure race system on the bike and its loud as hell, and many other mods he could have gotten me for. But he had no clue and could only get me for indicators! Even then he made that up. Oh, and I get pulled over all the time on the motorbikes! Comes with the territory I guess ... being an outlaw on wheels

At some later time this year, I'll be treating the Stag to a spray job. Got my own equipment and I'm a spray painter by trade, so it'll be easy work. Keep an eye on my stag

Thats how my ex-wife thought. Never had any interest in my love for cars and bikes, and had no interest in hearing about it. But suddenly she wanted to take 50% of my assets in cars/bikes during the split? Told her not to touch my toys, or I'll come after her superannuation. She backed down and I kept my toys I treated my ex right to no effect. My GF now loves my toys and nags me to get out and about with them. I keep her happy with the odd gift every now and again (like a $4000 scooter!) just to reassure her she's my #1.

Its always the Commonwhore fools that are the biggest problem. Everytime when I go 'riding with the boys', its the wankers in their commonwhores who want to race. My bro hangs out with a few of the club members and I can tell you first hand they are wankers and trouble makers. And my GF bro goes on street machine cruises (he's got an awesome 350 chev powered street machine), and I've tagged along and seen the commonwhore idiots crash their party and drive like dicks and attract the cops. I have no patience for commonwhore drivers ... can you tell?

This thread really went AWOL

Its all planned out and mapped in my head. I'll put it down on paper early this week and PM everyone the starting/meeting spot. Going to try utilising Google Earth for easy directions. Also going to try and get 2 walkie talkies in play for lead car and tail car.

I remember when a drag day would finish, the cops would monitor the area to make sure drivers behaved themselves, which they never did. I still see cops hanging around at track days at Mallala (cars and bikes) as there are always idiots hooning out of there. The cops are after the hoon element and the obvious defects. If its a legit offence or defect then so be it. But if they are indeed looking for free tickets, then that is low. Cops have and always will be hanging around motorsport events. You can blame all the wankers for that.

I'm getting Justin to do the bends/plumbing for my fmic sometime this week, maybe Saturday ... along with fitting a new turbo to the Stag. Plus I've gotta fit the 4 pot calipers to the Stag too ... and the SAFC2 I'm sure I'll have something to be done next weekend for myself
